I bought this cause it’s always cold where I work. I never leave reviews but if you live in Michigan, this is much better than North Face (I have 3 parkas) and I’m looking forward to using this in the winter. I bought an extra battery pack so I’m not without heat. And that has came in handy. Size is pretty accurate to the chart. Has a slight fitted look. Comfy and a little stretch.

Love the jacket as it provides the necessary warmness i was looking for. However, the jacket is a bit heavy so not sure how it would feel after wearing for several hours. I also dislike the bottom in the front that controls the temperature, it glows red, green or red depending on the level of heat and in my opinion it looks silly.

I am 5'5", 120 lbs, and normally wear a sz Small/Med depending on the brand. I ordered a Small and there was a lot of space. Normally thats great if youre wearing another 2 layers of thick sweaters but the jacket is heated and you want to actually feel that heat. It heats up great but the wrist area stitching also came off within a week. The charger comes with it which is great.

The quality and color of the jacket are spot on, however I wore it for the first time and it does not get but luke warm on high, there are 3 levels. Suppose to have heat in the sleeves and I felt no heat what so ever. I have been in contact with the company about other issues and they have been quick to respond so I will update this post when I know more. Update on 2/22/23 Seller has been in constant contact with me about my jacket not working properly. They offered to send me a new jacket on them which was very nice since I live in a rural area and have over an hr drive to even return it properly in the city. I have recieved the new jacket and battery is charging per 10 hrs at their request before using. Next time I wear the jacket I will report my findings on the item. The customer service with this company has been spot on and quick to respond to my concerns. Update on 2/27/23 Recieved the new jacket and yes it is much better and all heating elements heat up. I believe that the jacket does appear to cool down when on high after about 10 to 15 minutes but overall its a nice quality jacket and customer service has been outstanding!! Yes I recommend the jacket but however I believe its a bit on the pricey side in comparison to the Milwaukee brands but Milwaukee does not have hot pink and this is a beautiful hot pink jacket!! I am 5'8 and 150lbs and the medium is perfect!
