I have the plasma slip on shoes and they are great, so I got these. They are extremely comfortable, just right in the fit, not too loose or tight. I need inserts for arch support and many shoed and boots are too tight with them. These are perfect. Highly recommend these.

I am very pleased with the DeWalt Plasma Steel Toe Work Boots. They are well made and comfortable. However, I did have to change the insoles. The arch support was too high on the original insoles that came in the boots and they hurt my feet. After the change to insoles, with a lower arch support, they feel good on my feet all day.

I bought these because people said that when you take the insole out, these boots are zero drop. I tried it and yes they are, or at least pretty darn close. They are high quality boots as well. I also like minimalist shoes and I would not call these minimalist because they still have a slight arch support with the insole removed and the toe box is "normal" sized, not what I'm used to in my minimalist footwear. But they never advertised it as minimalist and I was not expecting that when I bought them... just saying. I mean how minimalist can you be with a steel toe...? But these are "weekend work" boots for me, not every day, all day boots, so they work great. If you don't care about minimalist footwear, then these boots are an excellent option and your back will thank you for the near-zero drop profile.

Great fit, definitely true to size! Comfortable feel and they can really take a beating and not show it, the soles are also very strong and haven't given out, I still wear my pair that I purchased a while ago and will likely buy the same pair once I need a replacement!

I bought a pair of the plasma boots 2 years ago. I thought the black would be a nice change. However the boots do not feel the same at all. I don't understand why they would be so different if all that changed was the color. The black plasma feels wider and with less support. I still love the boots. The classic look and durability is unmatched with regards to the price.

I bought these shoes because of the zero drop from heal to toe, which in order to truly achieve I removed the insole. This gives the foot and toes more room in the shoe and less support; all of which was my intent.
