It is a little bit of a gimmick, but it is a good quality pen. Well made, writes well, and is the perfect size for EDC. I will be buying more for Christmas stocking stuffers.

This pen is great to carry in a shirt pocket. Most pens will wear your pocket out or not stay clipped in place. This pen is short when the cap is on. It doesn't tear a whole in your pocket. It has a good quality ink. It is made of metal and has a little weight to it. It is full length when cap is flipped to the other end. It feels great. It works well as a pen and stylus. I highly recommend it.

Nice EDC that fits my Leatherman sheath. The plastic lid on the aluminum cap was loose so I rolled the edge of the rim so it fit tighter. Otherwise works well

This is a very sturdy and substantial pen in an ingeniously designed barrel. My husband is a shirt-pocket pen guy, always has been. But he was losing pens daily because shirt pockets aren't really built for pens anymore. They would flop out all over the house, in the car, at his office, in his workshop. Then I saw this pen. It was an immediate favorite for him! The gel is smooth and the ink dries quickly. The pen body itself is small, but the cap posts for a comfortable full-sized writing experience. It has some weight to it, heavy duty. And the clip is VERY tight and study, holding on to the fabric of his shirt pockets without being too rough on them. It came with 1 blue and 1 black refill but I ordered extras. Now I feel like a backup pen might be in order! It is the first thing he looks for every day when he is getting dressed. That's all the assurance I needed to know I picked a winner.

I have a contractor friend who is a lifelong Dewalt user. When I saw these I thought of him and purchased 2. He was surprised at the gift, and also happy with it. The 2nd one i purchased was for myself. The pen works great, is small enough not to fall out of your pocket easily, while large enough to hold comfortably. It comes with balcony and blue ink. Ink is a standard size and is replaceable. I'd buy again.

Definitely a little expensive but its overall functionality and feel of it is a good argument against the price. Great quality and writes smooth not grippy. Stylus works great
