I bought this to raise my popup camper roof. I had an older Dewalt non brushless hammer drill but it didn't have the torque to raise the popup camper roof all the way. This drill doesn't have a problem. I can stop 1/2 way through raising the roof and then restart and it has no problems. Nice replacement for my old one that died after 15 years. The chuck lock takes some getting used to...I don't know why they mess with designs that aren't broke. However, a very robust, high quality drill. The light is nice, didn't have that on my old 18v one.
