So far beautiful, but I have only put together 4 chairs and it took me All Day. My hands and back are over done. Hopefully I can get it all put together for Thanksgiving. The boxes are packed tight. I would attempt to open the box on the sides completely so that you can slowly pull items out. It all fits perfectly. In other words, the screws will line up but you have to be patient. And yes, do not tighten anything until you're sure everything is put together. I would use a tool that is more like a screwdriver and not the Allen wrench. Everything is labeled so you shouldn't make any mistakes. Update: I literally had to hire somebody to help me but he did it really fast, like within the hour he was done with the other four chairs and the table. My only regret is the table is meant for two chairs on the side and two chairs on the ends, not six on the side. Because of their widening arms they all won't fit under the table and I'm assuming I'm going to have to varnish the wood that's on the table and on the handles

Table is amazing. Very sturdy, comfy and looks really good. I was a little skeptical about buying it, but it did not disappoint. Chairs arrived a couple of days before the table did, and they came and 3 different boxes total, 2 boxes for the chairs and 1 box for the table. It’s kind of easy to install, but the screw driver that came with the table is really bad and broke while we attempted to remove the caps (which took us FOREVER to remove because omg) from the legs of the table. Anyhow, overall easy to put together.

The table set arrived pretty quickly. It arrived in 3 different boxes which I liked because 2 boxes contained 3 pc chair set each and the third was the table set and each had its own screw set. So made it easier to install step by step. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. It does take time to put together if you do not have a drill which I used for the chairs. I installed the set by myself and did not need 2 people. All the holes aligned perfectly. At times you needed to wiggle it here and there but all in all the holes aligned perfectly. Make sure however when you install the table that you do not tighten the sides until the middle piece is in. Otherwise it will not slide through and you will need to loosen it and redo it. It took about 3 to 4 hours to install because some things were not very clear and had to figure it out. I am pretty handy - so it was pretty easy. As far as quality, I live in south florida so keeping it out in the sun and rain will most likely ruin in over the months or years so I keep it under my gazebo and covered when not in use. I took out a star for the plastic material as they seemed to be falling off while installing so I am hoping they last and do not keep breaking with usage. I did not reach out to the seller about it but if any further issues in the future I may. But I do take care of my items so again I hope this set lasts because it is a beautiful elegant piece! For the price it is excellent! The size if perfect for us!

This item is a complete piece of garbage. It is NOT MADE for OUTDOOR use whatsoever. It looked like is was 20 years old before the end of the first season. So bad in fact that we threw it away and feel STUPID for buying it in the first place. I swear to you I am NOT EXAGGERATION ONE BIT!!! I A TOTAL PIECE of deceptive and fraudulent advertising. It was NOT MADE to be used outdoors...assembly was horrible...things did not line up or fitted and we are pretty good at assembling these kinds of things...A complete nightmare of effort and waste of our money. I hope this saves you from making a serious mistake...don't be fooled!

My experience with the buying, assembly, and use of this table and chair set has been all positive. I did have my apprehensions at first from the reviews that were mostly positive, but some of the negative ones were scary and some unfair. One thing up front, I ordered the set with 6 chairs and the table with the two wooden top parts, and not the one with three sections. Two boxes arrived containing only the 6 chairs and no table. I sent an email to the selling vendor since this was third-party and not Amazon. The vendor got back to me the next day and said the table was in another shipment and it did arrive that day. Very happy with their customer service and response! Five stars. The packing was excellent and had enough reinforcement to prevent damage in shipping, and the wooden table panels even had rubber corner guards. It took me about 15 minutes per chair to easily assemble, and unlike other reviews, the holes aligned perfectly, but like the instructions say I recommend you do not tighten the screws until the end and do it in the order of the steps. Be patient and align the screws as close to perpendicular as possible and they will spin right in. Then tighten loosely only about 50% or just under snug. They will be more level if done this way. I did use the provided Allen Wrench tool to test and align some of the holes that were partially covered by the Rattan material. I did it on a carpet because I found rolling them while assembling and tightening was easier and they would not get scratched up. The screws all worked perfectly, but I found on most of them you had to reach your finger around the back to feel when it was tightened when you felt the bolt start to turn otherwise it will just keep turning once it reaches a certain torque. I tried all of the chairs by sitting in them, with the cushions and they were comfortable and sturdy. I'm 250 lbs. and the chairs did not stress at all. The table was very easy to assemble. While I would not put my full weight on it, I found it to have substantial support for an outdoor function. I read the reviews about the wood being damaged or getting worn out. I bought a cover for it as I did with all of my outdoor furniture. The weather is unforgiving. If you put wooden furniture with plastic Rattan material out in the open and expect it to not be affected by the rain and sun beating down on it and not warping and fading, then you are not being realistic. If you get this furniture, get a cover and protect it while not using it, or put it in your shed or garage wrapped in large plastic bags. All in all 5 stars.
