This item comes in 3 boxes each arriving separately day a part. The couch is small neat and VERY easy to assemble. IT IS LITERALLY WOOD AND MATERIAL. There is no finesse or comfort if you are over 5ft tall and over 150 lbs. The chaise leaves both our feet dangling. The cushions are thick firm but very hard. I feel every piece of wood. There is no way to sleep on this comfortably for us. Something is gonna be left dangling or your neck or back is gonna get a crick. HOWEVER, placed in kids room, its perfect. The media could not be loaded. I was only sent 2 couch seats covers and that's it. I would never recommend buying. And just from the feel of the couch cover I'm glad the whole product didn't come. It's a hard couch and doesn't feel comfortable at all.

Sofa was very easy to assemble, needs 2 ppl to assemble, instructions were very easy to follow, came in 3 separated boxes. Sofas are very firm, shipped with in days.

Contrary to other reviews, I had received the armrest along with the other parts - which came in three separate boxes. The assembly definitely needs at least two people since the horizontal alignment of the parts requires them to be clamped to each other which was considerably tedious and took us more than 30 min of the entire assembly which was close to an hour. Post assembly, on using the sofa bed, we found that the pull out bed - screw assembly was not proper because of the underlying wood being not good. The pull out bed came out of its railing and I tried my best to set it right but was not able to. I tried calling Amazon for the replacement part so as to avoid the hassle of replacing the entire unit and also due to non-availability of the stock. But I was told that the manufacturer cannot be reached and I have to either get a replacement once it is back in stock or get a refund on return. I even tried to contact the manufacturer - Devion Furniture - through the Contact Us section of their site (which is abysmal) but to no avail. There is not any contact detail provided and just the Fill and Submit section which is of no use. All that is left for me now is to wait for the stock to arrive by Jan 31 (it may even not) and expect a full replacement or refund post the return date. ... show more
