Rather good quality for the price and a great couch for a small apartment. It’s on the firmer side, but not rock hard, just the right amount - in the picture i was pressing on it with force. You won’t sink into it, but it’s pretty comfortable and sleeping on it is fine too. A 6 foot person will have trouble sleeping on it, but you can remove the armrests and worst case their legs will slightly hang over the edge. The pull-out mechanism works very smoothly and it’s incredibly easy to make it into a bed or make more space to stretch out while watching a movie. The color in the picture is Beige. The width of the chaise section is 52”, of the rest of the couch is 28.5”, the size of the sleeping area is 48.5” x 71”. After a few months i’m sure we’ll start seeing signs of wear and where the favorite spots are, but it seems of pretty good quality for the price and we expect it to last at least 2+ years. It assembled well and easy (note, the holes for most legs are not pre-drilled, so you’ll either need to use some force with a screwdriver or use an impact driver to screw them in. Second note, make sure you’ve put each armrest on the right side and fit it correctly. They will fit, you just need to get it right! The left one, where the chaise is, you just fit in from the top while not touching the couch, while the other one you have to do the opposite, the armrest is kind of standing freely and you fit the couch into it. The way to see that you’re doing it right is that the “bent” parts of the connectors on the couch and the armrest must fit each other.) ... show more

    • Convenient and stylish small couch, but comfort is a big downside
This couch was super easy to set up and put together—no major hassle at all. It’s also lightweight and moves around effortlessly, which is great for small spaces or apartments. It looks nice with a modern, clean design, and I love the pull-out section for lounging/relaxing (it converts nicely for extra seating or napping). The built-in storage underneath is a huge plus—perfect for blankets, pillows, or miscellaneous stuff without taking up extra room. That said, I don’t recommend it if comfort is your top priority. The cushions and seating are quite firm and uncomfortable for extended sitting or lying down—definitely not cozy for long periods. If you’re buying mainly for looks, space-saving features, and occasional use (like a guest spot or small living room), it’s a solid option. But for daily lounging, look elsewhere! ... show more

Summary: great small space convertible sofa if you like a firm couch. More details: *The couch is very firm- this is what I wanted. But if you want a cushy couch that you sink into, this is not it! This couch is better quality than I expected for the price (I paid about $600 + tax). When assembling it and using it, everything feels very sturdy. No creaking, wobbling, etc. The fabric has a neutral feel- not super cozy but not rough, and seems like it won’t get stained easily. The cat immediately jumped on it, and his (very light) grabbing at it with his nails did not damage it. He is not a massive scratcher though, so cat at your own risk. You can see from the given dimensions that it’s a small couch. The seat isn’t super deep, but it’s great for comfortable discussion when you don’t want to sink back, and the pullout allows you to put your feet up for cozier times. The rollout part is well supported, and you can sit on the end of it without feeling like you will make it sag or break like a lot of pullout couches I’ve seen. The storage under the chaise is awesome. It’s very firm, so I wouldn’t expect an adult guest to sleep overnight on it without a foam pad, but younger people might not care. It’s a full size, so you can easily get a foam pad to go on it for cheap. I can stretch out fully at 5’5”, but anyone taller than maybe 5’6” or 5’7” won’t be able to fully stretch out. Seems like a great option for kids, teens, college students, or people without back issues. For the price, it’s handy. I mostly like the bed pullout for being able to put our legs up while we watch tv. It creates a funny “movie night” atmosphere. Shipping (will vary based on where you are) and assembly: My couch was delivered to my porch in 3 very heavy boxes (all arrived at the same time) by FedEx. The seller provided great tracking information and updates. I was given a delivery day and window ahead of time by signing up for FedEx alerts for the tracking number I was given. I managed to put this couch together by myself, but you probably want a buddy. The couch pieces were well packaged, but unboxing was a bit confusing. ***The instructions and all of the pieces are inside the chaise lounge, so open that box first*** Cushions and such are all stashed in the couch like a perfect Tetris game for shipping, so find those instructions to make sure you’ve pulled everything out. All of the hardware was in a black felt bag in the chaise as well. The instructions could be more detailed, but assembly wasn’t too hard. I did it on my own (I can use a drill, but that’s the extent of my skills). I did use a drill instead of a screwdriver for the L shaped leg feet, and that was way easier on my arms. They provide you will everything you need except a screwdriver or drill. Make sure you follow the order of the instructions rather than trying to assemble it on your own, or things won’t fit as easily. The headboard-type backs go with the black soft side towards you- this is the soft side of the Velcro that the cushions will stick to. The cushions come with a strip of soft fabric covering the Velcro- just pull that off and set them down against the couch back, and they Velcro on perfectly. All in all, it’s probably not my forever couch, but for $600+tax, I think it will last me as long as I’m in my little condo, until I move to a forever house that I want to buy a $2000 forever couch for, and even then, it would make a great office or playroom couch. I’m very satisfied with the quality, assembly, and look for the price. Once again, this is a FIRM couch and you will be unhappy if that’s not what you wanted. 3.5 year update December 2025: this couch is still great! My cat has put a few snags in it, but not much for how much he climbs it. It’s also survived multiple dogs. Guests give it lots of compliments. My brother slept on it with a 1” foam topper and said it was as comfortable as the fancy air mattress he usually stay on. I’d buy it all over again! ... show more

This set fits perfectly in my office/spare bedroom. I wanted a convertible couch to serve as a couch mostly, but that could be converted to a bed if I have guests. The size is adequate. I would've loved if it were a few inches bigger. It is VERY firm. Im definitely going to have to get a topper to be used when guests come, bc it is not comfortable to sleep on, unless you like an extremely firm mattress (which I do not). I'm also 5ft2 and found the chaise to be a bit short, as well. It was easy to assemble by myself. We've been looking for a sofa to help fill the living room of our 2b1ba apartment. It was a bit stiff at first and needs some time to break in, but after like a week of sitting on it, it was more comfortable. We're a plus sized couple and despite that the sofa looks smaller than expected, it still fits us comfortably with sprawl room to spare. Sofa pillows can be rearranged courtesy of the velcro on the backside. The cat loves going underneath the couch when the sleeper section of the couch is pulled out, so a critter check has been incorporated to avoid stuck pet issues when folding the sofa back to normal. Fiancé has noted zero issue taking naps on it, but its a bit uncomfortable for me to sleep overnight on, I'll throw on mattress padding next time and see how much better it handles. Only Minor and easily solvable issues were that the left arm rest was a bit wobbly (the go around for this is to avoid going ham on it) and impossible immunity of the cat trying to claw the sofa legs apart, of which the fix for this was slapping on some scratch protectors and a blanket and she hasn't touched the legs since. Overall, this couch is a really solid addition to our home and would probably be better catered to smaller spaces, just make sure to do measurements beforehand to confirm the spaces can be properly filled with this sofa. ... show more

    • Very uncomfortable
Update: we have had this sofa for a year and are now planning on getting rid of it. We havent sat on it in months, our guests dont want to sleep on it, and it causes stress in my home. It is very hard and very uncomfortable. I purchased it for its economy, but I got what I paid for-a cheap uncomfortable item that I now have to pay someone to haul to the dump. 1. The product is delivered in 3 separate, very large boxes. It took the delivery service a week and a half to deliver all 3 boxes. 2. The item was easy enough to assemble, despite some confusing instructions. It is very sturdy. 3. There is little padding on the seat area and it sits with the comfort level of a park bench. 4. We had a guest stay for a few days and found out it sleeps with the comfort level of a park bench too. 5. We had to purchase a mattress to put on top of it so that our next holiday guests don't have the "park bench" sleeping experience. After the holidays, this item will be moved to the game room where unsuspecting teenagers will sit on it. We will replace the item after our budget recovers from the investment loss of the "park bench" couch, protective cover we purchased, mattress and quilted mattress cover purchased to compensate for the deficiencies of this unfortunate investment. I am so happy with our couch! All the boxes arrived at the same time. I love the beige color and appearance wise looks great with my living room. The couch itself is stiff but that is normal with a brand new couch and needs to be broken into (a lot of the reviews complain about it). If it was soft, then I would be concerned. I like the medium firmness of this couch personally. My fiance built this couch which took him an hour to do so. He used a power drill which helped speed the process along. When fitting the end pieces, he used his drill to hmer it in place. No missing parts thankfully, but one if the ends of the couch is lifted up (maybe we have unleveled floors?). For a $400 couch, I can't complain about anything. This couch fits 3 people comfortably, 4 if you guys are close to one another. I love it and I am happy we chose this couch! **Rated 3/5 because I haven’t received the 3rd box a week after the first two; will update.** **Now 2/5 stars because I’m struggling to get in contact with support (may be user error) and it’s 20 days without the third box** **Updated to 4/5 stars because I got the third box; my review below doesn’t change, but the hassle of trying to get the box was a massive headache so I can’t justify 5/5 stars** Decent couch for the price! Easy to set up by myself and the storage space is spacious; I took a picture with two standard throw pillows so y’all could gauge it for yourselves. Feels sturdy and the only thing I would be concerned about breaking in the next few years would be the bed chassis. Even then, that’s just the pulling out part, not the actual couch as a bed. It’s definitely very firm like other reviews are saying and I was fine when I took a nap on it, but I have been known to fall asleep on the floor so I’m not the person to review that. Neither is my roommate because his only requirement is “not entirely made of bees”. Overall, it’s a couch from Amazon and I was not expecting much.
