Arrived securely. Few parts. Easy instructions. I had a question about a part for the base and seller was prompt and helpful in replying. I think the piece was already inside the base and not missing because the chair works well. Very soft and comfy. Reclines nicely. Very sturdy.

Love this chair. Affordable but looks expensive. I like that it looks like leather but not cold like leather. Also seems it won't tear easy. Tilt is not really much of a tilt, I think that part is a bit misleading. You cannot lean the back part back like you can do with your front car seat. It's hard to explain what the tilt really is but I am just going to say don't count on having tilt as a feature. If you level set expectations, then you will enjoy the chair. I read a review before purchasing that mentioned tilt issues so I kind of expected it. I still moved it down 1 star because I think that part in the image is deceiving.

I work from home and sit for almost 8+ hours a day. I have been in the market for a new chair for a little over a year and a half, as my current chair was getting close to its last days. I decided on this chair, as I want a higher back, than my last chair. As well as, arm rest that were moveable. This chair only took 15-25 minutes to put together. It comes with an Allen wrench, extra screw and plastic cover. The instructions were easy to follow. Step 7 says to attach both arm rest to the bottom of the chair, then install the back. I attached one arm rest, then the back rest and then the other arm rest. I also order different wheels to be attached to the bottom of the chair. The office Owls chair wheels make the chair glide like butter. The chair itself is comfortable. I enjoy having the higher backrest. The back support of this chair is amazing! I am also a person that like to be able to Criss cross their legs or have one leg resting on the chair. This chair allows this to be done, as the armrest are only one bar on each side and the seat is wide enough to do so. If you are hesitating on which chair to pick, this one is a great choice. I was going back and forth with getting the viral Criss Cross chair or gaming chair. I would recommend this chair 10/10.

I bought this chair because I love the look of it. It is comfortable. As far as putting it together, the instructions state 2- 4 people are needed. I was able to put all of it together by myself with the exception of the back of the chair. My husband had to help me with that. It's too hard to hold the back in place and screw in the screws. Very happy with this purchase. I've only had for 2 days so will see how it holds up! Give it a try.

2 issues prevent me from really liking this chair. Don't get me wrong, this is a solid buy on a solid chair that seems as well made as some of the ones I've seen in stores for 2 x the $. The one issue that I really don't get is that the base seating position has the user sitting in a slightly forward lean. While you can lean back and forward with the chair unlocked, or lock it into several positions where you are leaning back, the ideal situation for me with any chair is an upright position when just sitting, with the option of leaning back to reduce stress on the spine and relax. The other issue is that I carefully checked specs of the chair and my desk to make sure that the seat of the chair could fit under the desk when sliding forward, and it does. I also thought that with the arms being attached only to the seat and back of the chair (with no vertical bar at the front of the arm rests) might contribute to the chair sliding clear up to the desk when seated, and with the option to raise the arms it could slide clear under the desk, up to the seatback, when I wasn't sitting in it. Actually, the width measurement of the seat is only accurate for about the front six inches of the seat, and then there are brackets on the side of the seat that protrude slightly over an inch on each side of the seat. My desk doesn't have that extra 2 inches of side clearance for this chair to slide under any more than 6 inches. As this second issue applies more to my office and the dimensions of my desk, I would have rated it higher if it weren't for the fact that the basic seating position has the seat (and back) tilted ever so slightly forward.
