Works very well for what you pay for. The controls are responsive and fairly easy to fold and store after each use. So far it stays charged for all day use with light use non-weight bearing tasks. I wish there were leg rest to prop the legs up but then that loses functionality as a folding wheelchair. Other than that I weigh 220lbs and my toddler weights nearly 50lbs and it has no problem getting us around when he wants to play. One con is it does not do well on uneven surfaces like lifted concrete from one slab to another simply because the front 2 tires are a slick thread with no grap.

I purchased the electric wheelchair for my brother John, who was in hospice care and had difficulties getting around in a regular wheelchair. He was happy and independent and for the last three weeks he enjoyed that chair. For the price of the chair it was worth it going to the park trying to climb slight hills. It was more than powerful enough and as the ad says it folds up really good and it’s pretty light compared to other electric wheelchairs.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: For the size of the seat. It is 20 inches wide. It also has a seat that is 2.5 inches thick. The cushion does NOT have to come off to close. The 4 stars were for, The batteries were not clapped in to place so they fell when open chair. The few instructions were under the tie wrapped plastic covered seat. So you still didn't know how to open chair. The chair it's self has a clamp under the seat to open it. You should just be able to push on it to collapse it we had to bring it back to us. There are 2 small mesh bags they are bolted to the arm rest hard to get into. They would hold a phone, keys wallet. They are mesh so not waterproof. It has a small tool kit. The joy stick can go on either side. It is very smooth It does have a small head tha plugs in to the joy stick. It seem to have power. It had some charge when came. It does have a fairly thick webbing under the cushion. It has a small pouch on the back. It does a seat belt. It does seem strong and well built. I will fix the few things I don't like by adding a few pouches or back pack.

My wife has limited mobility and this electric wheelchair is a real blessing. Before, she was too tired to push a manual wheelchair, so she didn't dare to go out. Now, with this, she can go to the park, hang out with friends, and enjoy life again. The electric wheelchair is solidly made and the battery lasts all day. Seeing her happy and active is worth every penny.

I chose this electric wheelchair because it seemed like a good value for the money, especially it's weight 38 pounds. However, when I opened the box, one of the anti-throwing wheels and one rear wheel cap was broken. I notified it to the seller, and the seller sent me the parts. I ordered this product in Korea and received it through a shipping company in the US. Surprisingly, the broken parts were sent from China. The description of this product on Amazon states that the country of origin is USA. But I did not understand why the parts were sent from China. The original box I received said it was made in China, and the battery and battery charger were both stated as made in China. Other companies' products clearly state the country of manufacture. I think the country of manufacture should be more clearly stated so that consumers do not get confused when choosing a product.

Update: Customer service contacted me and instead of sending a new motor which would've taken some time, they sent me a brand new chair. They also contacted the shipper to come pick up the defective wheelchair from my home. The new wheelchair works perfectly! I really had high hopes for this electric wheelchair. Upon unpacking and charging the batteries, the right motor of the wheelchair didn't work. Since I'm disabled and cannot lift the wheelchair to return it, I contacted the sales support and explained one of the motors did not work. I explained there was power to the motor when the joystick is activated but the motor would not run. Instead of warranting their product, they constantly want more pictures and videos. Unfortunately, Amazon won't let me upload the videos no matter how small I convert them. I'm at the point of just getting someone to help me return this wheelchair and I'll go buy it from different vendor.
