I put these on my 3/4 ton van to hopefully eliminate the wobble I was experiencing due to overheating. Time will tell. Did not put the pads on as my other ones where almost new. I did have a issue with the pads from Detroit axle in the past being extremely dirty on my pick up.

Installed on a 2002 GMC 2500 HD with Duramax 6.6 LB7. I had no problems with the installation. Everything was in the shipment. No problem with brake pads. In the near future I will do the rear.. great price

Easy install, fits like a glove. The difference in stopping versus the original parts is very noticeable. The price and value you get vs. other stores, or competitors is beyond matched. I'm definitely using Detroit Axle for my future to go to parts store.

    • They sound like an old school bus after a week
**Detroit Axle - Pair (2) Front Drilled and Slotted Disc Brake Rotors w/Ceramic Pads w/Hardware & Brake Cleaner ** I’ve had these one now for a few week. They fit and stop great, but after a week they squeak like an old school bus. I’ve tried pulling the wheels off and cleaning all the dust, I put the crc brake quiet on to try and stop the noise but now my Hummer sounds like an old piece of crap coming to a stop. I like the looks of the rotors, so for the price I will go down to the parts store and grab another set of pads to quiet them down but I wouldn’t recommend the pads unless you like listening to a bunch of squealing every time you touch the brakes. ... show more
