    • Brake pad broke within 8 months- Not covered/warrantied
I have used these products in the past. I was very disappointed to learn the brake pad failed on one of the rear brakes. Pads are only warranty for 6 months and it had been 8 months and 6k miles on my daughter's vehicle. After multiple questions of showing this was a product defect, the answer was sorry, that is our warranty. The pad also scored and damaged slightly the new rotors I also relaced not including my time to replace again. Spoke with another rep, and they agreed to send me rear pads if I paid $15.00 for shipping. Overall, I understand products fail and how a company handles workmanship and stands behind their product is very important. Very upset with this situation. It's not like all were worn, I had 1 pad broke and rubbing/grinding on the metal. ... show more

Rotors seem decent quality. Box for rear rotors arrived in horrible condition. One tab of box completely ripped off. Had been opened previously. No tape sealing it shut like front rotors box. Very irritating to receive a product's packaging opened and very beat up.
