UPDATE Aftwe seeing my previous review, the seller reached out and refunded both the original purchase and the cost of the new purchase I made. This is a great product if you have a low monitor or if you are using a laptop, I believe it should work fine, since it will be far up for it to have considerable glare on your screen, but for my monitors that are on Monitor arms, the light was far too close, and it generated annoying glare. I ended up buying a monitor light bar instead, and I'm surprised by the fact that it has no glare whatsoever, yet it provides great lighting for my desk. ... show more

This lamp has been a game changer for my study/gaming desk. I've got it clamped to the back of my monitor and keep it plugged in to my computer. The three different color options with different intensities make it great for late nights or the middle of the day. The I am a big fan of the yellow on the lowest setting to provide just enough background light in the middle of the night for watching videos or gaming.
