I think I hear bearing noise from the fan but its overall quitter than other fans in this price range. The touch sensor works ok. Using a USB port on my PC for power seemed to make the touch sensor not work as well. I'm using a USB port on an HP monitor now and it works great. ... show more

Reasonably quiet and refreshing to keep at my desk - although having to turn it to maximum just to turn it off is slightly annoying. Stops working after a while, and wouldn't turn on until I inserted a safety pin in the hole above the charging port to reset it.

I bought this thing as a fan for my desk at the office, as we don't have any overhead fans or anything. This little fan is great. It's just strong enough to move air across my face as I'm working to keep me cool, but not bulky or too strong to mess up paperwork I have out. For clarity, it's not strong enough to blow my hair all over the place and it is strong enough to be felt at about 3 to 4 feet away, but that's about it. It's not meant to be a room fan.
