I bought 2 to check them out. Assembly was quick and easy, 7 screws total, and other pieces "pop" together. Chairs were sturdy and comfortable so I ordered 4 more. Quickly assembled 2 of them and then found a factory defect when I got to the 3rd one. Contacted the company through Amazon, they responded the next day, they were polite and easy to deal with. After sending some photos they told me to throw it away and sent me replacement. The 4th one went right together and so did the replacement when it arrived. Great chairs and great customer service.

Very good chair, comfortable, sturdy, versatile for office or dining lol. I got this chair for my 93yrs mom when she’s eating easy to swivel her where I need her, of course it has wheel someone had to hold the chair.

I had this chair for 2 weeks before the backrest broke where it connect to the frame. See image. When asked for a refund they told me to ship it to them. Dismantle and resend a broken chair? For what? The packaging alone would cost me $20. I pointed this out and they decided they wanted to replace it instead. I told them I didn’t want the same chair that just broke after two weeks, but they continued demanding that I accept a replacement. After a week of back and forth I gave up. So frustrating. Hoping the new one lasts 3 weeks, maybe 4. Prayers up. Also, for those out there wondering my weight is to blame.. I weigh 165.

I ordered one "STACKABLE" wheeled chair to test with our group. People liked their comfort, design, good seating area and light weight. They require a bit of assembly and once this is done, there's no way to disassemble them. After having several chairs to test, there is NO WAY TO STACK THEM! I contacted the DOZZZ Home to ask advice about this. They worked with me and issued a GENEROUS refund but if you need STACKABLE chairs with wheels, these AREN'T it. But DOZZZ Home is a reputable seller.

I have a very similar chair that I love which I have used for years. I decided to get another one to take into the work office. As soon as I had assembled it, I sat down on it to try it out. I was surprised by how hard the cushion was on that very first test, and it actually startled me. I hesitated to judge the chair so harshly so soon, so I used it every day for almost 2 months. It never got any better. I wanted to return it, but it was going to cost me over $600 to ship it back. So, I just decided to throw it out and get the exact copy of the one I like instead even though it is more expensive.
