This is a most wonderful addition to our back yard but it would not have happened if not for a person by the name of Laise who, when I found out that I was missing a piece of the structure, a fitting, I had emailed her and quickley recieved a reply and THEN found out YET again, I was missing some pieces,(screws this time) and thought that this was going to be some fun... but once again, very quickly was given a reply saying that those too would be shipped off. Wrong hardware, I had to go to the store to buy the correct hardware to be able to put it together, in general bad engineering.

    • Is OK but has some issues.
Found some rust in the connections joints after unpacking. Required touch-up. However, this leads to questions on durability over the "life of the product."

    • Poor quality
We bought this in 2008. I noticed while putting Christmas lights on it in December 2011 that the scrolled metal is rusted, crumbling and falling off so it only lasted for us for 3 1/2 years. I don't know why a gazebo like this would be made of such an inferior metal. A scrolled metal fence my parents had installed in 1967 is still standing and in good condition. I hoped we would have a lot of years with this but I'm concerned that it could collapse if we keep it up so it will have to go to the dump soon. I am disappointed because I always wanted a gazebo and when I saw this one I thought it was so beautiful. I never would have imagined it would rust and fall apart so soon after we bought it. ... show more
