It was a good price and radiator is of good quality except for one issue. I have used Denso radiators before for my Toyota van and everything was perfect in the past. Denso was a Japanese company and they made radiators for many manufacturers in Japan. They also made alternators and many sensors for Toyota. I have bought alternators before and you could not tell any difference from the original. These are now made in China and the quality is still good but when it comes to the installation, it can be a real challenge. The top plastic tank and bottom plastic tank were not aligned properly when attached to the core. This made it very difficult to attach the fans as the bolt holes did not align. Also, somehow when they built this, the radiator is not perfectly square. When installing and bolting down the radiator, you could see it wasn't quite square and the bolt holes on top did not line up correctly. Also, the left side of the radiator is about 1/4 shorter top to bottom than the right side. When I first bolted it down to the front grill frame, the right side bracket held the radiator tight but the left side you could move and wobble the radiator fully tightened. That's when I measured from top of the tank to bottom of bottom tank and found there was a difference. The radiator seams appear well made and the tanks and core are good quality. If it weren't for the assembly during manufacturing, these would be at the top of the quality list. Regardless of the painful installation, the radiator functions as it should and keeps the temps down where they should be.

Same as OEM. But packing was poor. Used expanding foam that collapsed and did not protect the part. Radiator was loose in the box. Lucky my part was not damaged

I only buy Denso for . My customers installed this three weeks ago to come back and it’s leaking brand new. Why does it say didn’t know made in China don’t waste the money at all comes from China.

I learned that Denso is one of the main OEM's for Toyota and other Japanese cars and with Amazon's return policy I figured it would not be a risk. The only difference I could tell from this on the old radiator were the brand names stamped on them (Toyota and Denso). Other than that it looked and felt exactly the same. After viewing how to replace the radiator on youtube with my teenage son I felt confident enough to do the repair, actually he did the replacing and I just supervised :-). My experience was a positive one, can't speak for those that gave poor reviews.

Perfect fit and replacement for our 2003 Toyota Highlander V6 base with towing package. Put it side by side with the original radiator I pulled out which had sprung a leak and it looks exactly the same. Same fin pattern, same capacity. Expected it to be made in Japan, but was made in China.

I’m so upset with Denso. This packaging for an item such as a radiator is awful. I knew when UPS delivered it and there’s a gash on the side of the box that it wasn’t going to be good. Denso had no cardboard, no Styrofoam protective material no anything on one side of the radiator. Now I have to wait another couple of weeks to get a new one and all the wasted time and effort of people getting me the original damaged one is wasted. Good job Denso. Thanks for wasting a lot of peoples time

Fitment was good. This part number is specified for the highlander v6 with the tow package. I'm not sure if there is any difference between this and the one without tow package, but fitment was fine.
