Piece of crap. If they dont come already broken in the mail, then they break the first time something goes a little bit wonky. I've been through 5x units so far, tying to get 3x that work. So, I'm sending them all back.

Okay so I was fully prepared to send these back because I thought for sure I had gotten a defective unit. The blinds would not go into pair mode no matter what I did the little light indicator would flash but the blinds would not move. The instructions are honestly awful and the method of pairing the remote is very obtuse requiring you to use hidden buttons inside of the remote. Anyways after 15 minutes of fighting to get the blind to do anything I gave up and left it plugged into a portable battery pack over night. Much to my appreciation the next morning it would go into pair mode, I guess the batteries just come completely drained leaving you unable to run the pairing sequence. The setup could be much improved but once it’s setup it works as intended and no real complaints. The mounting brackets are also super nice and easy to install which is great.

These are some of the easiest smart blinds I have ever installed. If you take the correct measurements they are a great fit. They take approximately 30 seconds to fully roll down. The instructions are also really easy to understand. The steps to adjusting the height are extremely easy and I was able to do it in under 5 minutes. They are also great at blocking the heat, in the space that I used them the average temperature was 80 degrees Fahrenheit now that they are installed the average temp is 73-75 degrees. Very little light comes in through the blinds but that is because of a gap in the window design and not the actual blinds themselves.

Very good unforgettable purchase for those who prefer to modernize we love it we sleep more on weekends because the daylight does not pass and my baby also sleeps more obviously we use it at night during the day the baby sleeps with natural light the only thing that makes noise when lowering and raising the blinds but it is minimal from there perfect!

Easy to install and works well, the big gripe I have is instructions are terrible. Additionally, there is no support website that i could find, only thing you can do is to download the same instructions that come with it. No instructions to install the vallance, took a while to figure out
