We have been rather pleased with this freezer. It definitely works well with freezing and keeping everything frozen. Even during hurricane Helene without power for a few days we were able to keep/salvage almost everything we had in it. The space inside is reasonable and the area it takes up is alright. It fits well where we have it though it definitely requires air flow around the whole thing. We have had some water drippage beneath it so now we do have it sitting up on wood to elevate it a little. It also does require spacing behind it as it does get warm --- that getting warm part is helpful though as we have brought it into our 'camper' and it helps keep the front area a little warmer as the months cool down. There really isn't any noise associated with it and it runs quietly. It seems quite sturdy. We only just in the past month or so realized it had a plastic protective film on the top. We thought we were getting a number of scratches or such but realized while they were scratches it was only on a plastic film --- pulling that film off the top looks brand new. Oh and I guess I should add that it is somewhat bear resistant? Basically one day when it was out in the shed the shed door had been left slightly open and a black bear decided to go in and see if it could get something good -- it wasn't the smartest bear and while it did claw a bit at the top it never 'opened' it and we quickly responded to get the bear away but still yeah...

I ordered this product because I like to freeze meats in order to save money over time. However, I have always been limited on freezer space so I ordered this to fit my needs. It is the perfect size for an apartment lifestyle. I like the quality, it is not loud (good noise level), and freezes very well. I liked the value, as I thought it was a fair price. I have owned this product for about half a year now, and I feel confident in the disability of the product.

When I recieved the freezer the lid had a sizeabke dent in it. It was disappointing but I will say the seller was quick to respomd and gave me a partial refund for the damaged lid. In my situation the freezer is in a storage room so I was ok with the refund but they did offer to replace the unit. The freezer size is perfect for my needs and it is really quiet when running, so much so that I was cocerned it wasnt working. It works great and has a digitakl display for the temp settings and most others don't offer this. This is a good value for the price and just gave me that bit more freezer storage I needed without breaking the bank.

The info indicates +- 1 deg. This was delivered to me on Sept 17th and has been plugged in and set at 38 deg every day since I received it. It has yet to settle on a continuous 37 to 39 degree. It has a real cute little digital display to the set setting. It has nothing to show the current box temperature. I am using a bluetooth temp probe inserted inside the freezer to show the internal temp and it has never settled on an appropriate temp. It just floats around from below freezing and 50 degrees. My analog dorm fridge holds a more consistent temperature. If you want it then buy it. It actually does a good job of getting cold. How cold, is the only problem.
