I bought 3 of these floor lamps. They only sent one to begin with and I'm guessing it's because returning something to Turkey is next to impossible (they actually mention it). Anyway, the other two came quickly after (at their request) sent them an email telling them whether or not I liked it and wanted the other two. I love the lamps, I love every Turkish lamp I have ever seen. I have alot of the colored globe lamps for tables and bedside and they are beautiful. To say I am a fan would be an understatement. As per their instructions I sent Adele an email and told her I loved the lamp and wanted the other two. They were wrapped and packaged perfectly and carefully. There were no broken pieces and I feel certain if something wasn't right they would fix it (just let them know). The base of the lamp is heavy enough that it won't tip over. I think these lamps are high quality and a great addition to my collection. Given that they came from Turkey, I thought the delivery time was quick. After I sent her the email, I got the other two within a few days. I will definitely be buying more when I see something I can't live without. ... show more

Got it from my wife for Christmas.. She absolutely loved it.. Only problem i can see is….in needs to have a 12 inch tube bulb in it . Regular bulbs only light up the top of it…..to get the full spectrum of its beauty. You need the longer bulb.

It's a beautiful lamp. I thought there was an issue with the chrome sleeve over the socket - after a half hour of trying to "fix" it, I realized it was fine - it took me an hour to "unfix" it. I do wish instructions were included. I takes one standard bulb - I used a tubular one and I think it is more attractive than a round bulb. It would be a 5 with instuctions ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery and how well the package was wrapped. Everything arrived in perfect shape and within a few minutes it was up and part of my room. Good quality and I am very happy with it.
