If you are complaining about the height, you did not look at the measurements before buying. It is a low profile frame. It is suppose to be very low to the ground. My mattress has about 1 inch space on the sides which is fine with me. This allows me to tuck in the blanket to expose the nice design. The lights are cool. There's an App to console them. It has many settings. I put the headboard at the highest level so the light bar can be seen above the pillows. Worked out well. I put it together alone. It was very simple. My one concern is the wood slabs. They are flimsy. I have some concerns when it's time for some 'aggressive adult play" on this thing. I wish they opted for the medal bars but, oh well. We will see.     • Not exactly what I expected.

This bed frame is not exactly what I expected when I ordered it. Number 1 thing I will tell you is to measure your mattress to make sure it will fit. I have a queen-size mattress from a name-brand manufacturer and it would not fit inside of the bed frame. Once I got this frame put together, the mattress was almost two inches too big to fit inside the frame. I ended up ordering a smaller cheap mattress and put this into the guest bedroom. I received this product in two different shipments which came on two different days, this was a chief complaint when I read the other reviews but it was not a big deal for me. Once I had everything delivered, I built the bed. I had zero issues with the build, the instructions were more than clear enough for someone without any skills to be able to build this bed and all of the hardware was available. The build was straightforward forward and there were not any missing pieces. There were a couple of bolts that the leather wrapping was covering the port, so I had to cut off the excess to get the bolt to thread in properly but this in my opinion is normal for cheaper furniture. Installing the lights in the headboard was easy but I am not a fan of the remote wire not having a dedicated port so you can turn the bed on and off. I ended up taping the wire to the top side of the headboard using electrical tape. The quality of this bedframe is ok, I would not buy this product again unless it was for a smaller child. After only a couple of uses by some of my guests, I have had to add a couple of cross braces to the frame to make it more sturdy as well as re-torquing the bolts back down. If you are wanting this frame as an adult to add a more modern touch to your room, I do not think this will hold up to the use and abuse of nightly use. This is a joke of a bed. Absolutely terrible. First off, the led strip lights were not fully working and they only offered me a $10 rebate. I had put the whole bed together before I noticed. I bought this bed for my 12 year old. Who is 5'9 already. He's onpy 2 months into owning it and already broke the bed. I guess because it's so low to the ground and the way he climbs into it not realizing his own weight yet..... completely broke all the boards underneath. It's made of some faux wood so it's a joke of a frame. Why they wouldn't have used something more sturdy, I don't know. But it also explains why the bed is so cheap. This bed should only be bought as a prop bed or staging. Not for someone to actually sleep in. Now I have the chore of having to take the bed apart, throw it away, along with the money I spent on it.
