I got the twin size, Cars themed bed for my just turned 3 year old son. & HE LOVES IT. The colors are vibrant, and it looks great! It is the perfect height. Not too high like an adult bed, but higher than a toddler bed so it doesn't feel like you are sleeping on the floor. My son is able to get in and out of bed with ease. I really like that there are side rails on the top half of the bed. This makes it feel very secure when sleeping. This bed does NOT feel cheap. It is sturdy and seems like it could last a while. The directions could have been a little better, but I was able to put it together myself with no problems in less than an hour. I personally did not have a problem putting the stickers onto the frame, but they do seem like they could rip easily, so I was very careful when placing them. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING THIS BED!!! ... show more

My son is an absolute cars nut so what better way to feed into that passion then to allow him to sleep in a Cars bed. The bed itself is realitvely easy to put together that is made from steel and a hallow plastic headboard, footboard and side runners. The bed itself will fit a groan adult as well as their little one however I would caution putting any pressure on the side runners as an adult. They are there to keep your little one from rolling out of bed however when I lay there with my little guy they do have some play. The kit includes extra stickers as anyone that knows kids they like to pull stickers off of things. There is enough room to slide some toy bins underneath which makes it easier to store items to maximize space. Be ready for lots of hugs from your kid when they walk in and see their awesome new bed because that is what your going to receive. Edit to Add: I bought an 8inch mattress for this bed and it's just the right size. Something a little more or less would work, as well. I couldn't find this info when I ordered the bed so I wanted to share. The mattress sits on a fabric piece that covers the frame, so it seems to make the mattress softer than if it were resting on a hard surface. A firmer mattress might be a good choice. ... show more

Just wish the bolts/screws were labeled. you're kinda left to figure out which bolt goes where. im pretty good and putting things together so it didn't take long to figure out but the average woman who doesn't know the difference between a flat and a phillips might take them a little longer. I encourage anyone to get some help with it because it takes so long to put together. some parts need another person to hold in place. But once it was all put together its a beautiful, big (bigger than it looks in the picture) sturdy bed. my 3 year old looks so tiny in it. he loves and and i love it. Do not buy! None of the parts came labeled took hours to assemble and stickers came ripped. The holes didn’t align right and To add insult to injury the footboard came broken. There is a gap in the bed so it’s bigger than a twin size. Cannot get ahold of delta to replace the broken part. This was a total nightmare. ... show more

The bed is a cool design. However, the screws were not labeled, which made assembly extremely difficult. The instructions did not provide much assistance. I had to disassemble the frame's bottoms several times before I was able to attach the legs correctly. Lastly (perhaps I should have read the comments/reviews before purchasing), I thought the head and foot board graphics were already attached, but they are stickers, which I had difficulty placing. I have never built anything more challenging than this. This is an amazing bed, but it requires patience and time to assemble ... show more
