All these reviews saying plastic is cheap... Well, in my house, it's safer. I have a 110lb dog with a tail of terror. Also, with a metal tag, why would you want a glass ball? Nothankyou. The kit came in record time. There was a mix up with the color, but a new tassel was sent out in a hurry. Great customer service! This is an American Small Business. Is the item pricey? Maybe a little, but you'd pay that at a store too, if you could find one. I have no regrets. It looks good and I'll be happy to give it to my niece.

Great until it breaks! I put in together and then the metal on the inside barely tapped the glass and it broke. Quiet easily actually. Didn’t even make it to its first Christmas 😂
