First, this is an uncompensated review. I’m a real customer giving my real opinion. I’ve been shopping for a patio set for three years. I couldn’t find anything with the features I desired at a price point I could afford - until I discovered this set. Key features for me: high backs, thick cushions, durable, good price point. Granted, I only just got it assembled and set up, but so far I love everything about this set. I will update this review as the years go by to provide feedback on durability or problems. This set has a high back, which was important to me as a tall person. I love the color of the wicker and appreciated being able to choose a cushion cover. The set feels very solid when sitting on it, yet it’s fairly lightweight for moving the pieces around. Assembly was not difficult, only time-consuming. I’m a 62yo woman and easily did this myself. I estimate I spent 8 hours over several days assembling this patio set in leisurely fashion. Be sure to follow the instructions and categorize the bolts properly based on size. I did not and ended up having to take the first armless chair apart to correct the bolts. LOL. I used an impact driver with a flexible extension piece that made it extremely easy to tighten all the bolts. Highly recommend. The holes all lined up perfectly, which made assembly a breeze. One of the adjustable feet had bad threads and would not work in any of the mounts, but this was no problem, as the manufacturer includes plenty of extra hardware - as well as extra wicker for making repairs. The cushions seem very thick and nice. It’s hard to find thick patio furniture cushions anymore, but these are a good 3”. We’ll see if they hold up over time. I made what I consider the mistake of allowing the cushions to fluff up before putting the covers on. This led to quite a protracted wrestling match. I advise you stuff the cushions into the covers as soon as you break the vacuum seal. I suspect they’ll still be nice and fluffy. By the way, I sprayed my covers with Scotchgard, and they did not stain. Comfort was a high priority for me because I can enjoy a good 8 months on my patio, and this set is extremely comfortable to me. I love being able to fully stretch out on the sofa. This set offers many configuration options, even beyond what the instructions say. For example, you could make a small L-shaped sectional with these pieces. I opted to leave all the pieces “loose” until I settle on the final arrangement, at which point I’ll bolt and clip them together. My patio areas are small, and this set made two very nice seating areas for me. I love that the set includes two coffee tables. All in all, I am blown away by the value of this set. To receive so many high-quality pieces at this price point, even with paid shipping, is incredible. I’m looking forward to enjoying this set for many years to come.

Ordered the 14 piece set with couch, swivel chairs, end tables, additional seats, and fire pit. Everything came in quick, set up takes an afternoon, but not hard at all. It was a Christmas gift so we didn't open it right away, but long story short, I ordered the wrong color (Navy Blue instead of the Teal Blue). My mistake (actually it was totally my wife's mistake, but.....), so I sent the seller an email. I offered to buy new seat covers, but they said they would just send me replacements in the correct color and I got them within a week. Excellent furniture, exactly what we were looking for, and looks great around the pool. Firepit is excellent, cushions are comfortable and they have velcro and ties to hold them in place. We were so impressed, we bought our daughter a set for her apartment balcony while at college. They are easy to move, mix, and match to accommodate any design/setup you may need. The product looks exactly like the photos. Would absolutely buy again!!!

Set arrived in six boxes over several days. Inquiry about this was answered quickly by seller. Even though some of the boxes showed signs of being handled less then gently, everything arrived with out damage. Attesting to how well these items were packed. As to assembly it is not difficult at all, if anything a little tedious. The instructions call out about 25 minutes for each item. The first may take a little longer but once you get going it gets faster. The hardware was counted out to the last item, but a large number of spare parts are included. We are impressed by the cushions as they are nice and firm. We would highly recommend this item and the seller.

Wow, what a great outdoor furniture set. Boxes came as describe over a couple of days. well organized deliver and communication. The quality of the furniture is excellent. Took a little time to assemble it all but it was easy and directions were perfect. I purchased the set plus fire place table and two swivel rocker chairs with table. Love the swivel chairs, so comfy. Quality to really nice, you won't be disappointed.

This patio set is good but not great. I'm an experienced builder with many tools and a shop, but it still took me about an hour per item, resulting in around ten hours of labor. The positives are that it's well-engineered, comes complete with extra hardware, and fits together well and solidly. The main negative is that it's uncomfortable - the seating area and cushions are firm, and the low back with relatively sharp corners digs into your lower back through the thin back pillows. Overall, it's a decent, likely durable set, but the plastic faux wicker cheapens its aesthetic appeal, it's not comfortable, and it requires a lot of labor to assemble. I hope this review helps you make a more informed decision on whether or not to purchase this patio set.

I did a lot of research on this “style” of furniture, and found consistent issues in reviews from other listings; however, this specific listing here has significant improvements that solve all those worries. The cushions are thick, waterproof, and have straps to keep them in place. The frames come with extra rattan pieces to fix any pieces that break over the years to come. The wrench they include is very solid and will not bend as you work with it. The frames also connect easily and align very well. Height here is perfectly fine, and can be adjusted ever so slightly with the screw in based they provide. There was one warped frame, and after reaching out to the seller they sent me a brand new one to fix the issue! If you have an issue, reach out to the seller and they are more than happy to assist! Overall, probably one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. Very happy with how it looks, but it was a little strenuous to put together. 11/10 product still!
