We love our new deck furniture set. It's sturdy and comfortable, a perfect addition to our firepit. I did not find it difficult to set up for the most part, but it's quite time consuming. It took me around 5 hours to finish. With the exception of a few bolts that didn't have much clearance, I did not use an Allen wrench, but a hand-held driver with a hex bit on the end. Likewise, using a regular wrench rather than the thin stamped wrench provided made a world of difference. If you do have to use the provided tools, the bad part is that they're made of a cheap metal that strips the corners of the Allen wrenches pretty quickly but the good part is that every single bag of nuts & bolts provided had an Allen and hex wrench in it, and there's a bag for each piece you're putting together. There were also 2 bags of extra parts, though I didn't need any of them. The toughest part of the assembly was putting on the rubber pieces that hold the individual pieces together. I didn't have to resort to putting them in hot water to soften them, but I did use a screwdriver to pry one side open as I pushed it over the rails. I configured our set with the 5 seats in an L, and connecting the 2 parts in the final assembly would have been much easier with a 2nd person. In the end, the result looks great and is very comfortable. Well worth the money. (Updated to 5 stars. After having spent a lovely day enjoying our deck and new furniture, I updated the review. There is no problem with the furniture. It's comfy and sturdy. The pillows repel rain nicely and dry out quickly. I like this and would buy it again. It deserves the 5th star.) ... show more

Completes our family space in a beautiful way. Honestly, this package wasn't difficult to pit together. We received boxes A and B in one day. I read the instructions and put the pieces together while my husband tightened the screws. If you READ the instructions, group the parts as the manual tells you (this also ensures you have all the pieces and screws for every end product), and then start putting them together, the project will go really fast especially if you are handy! We got this together in 2 hrs. We decided to leave out the foot rests on one of the chairs and the table for now as we will move them indoors. The pillow cases came 2 days later in the morning so do not worry if you don't get all your boxes in one go! The sellers are very responsive and professional and we are very happy with the product. After months of research and reading a ton of reviews, I decided to take a chance on this outdoor living set. I love it! The four boxes of the base pieces came in right away. The two boxes of cushion covers came almost a week later. Was it easy to assemble? Not really. It is simple to put together, but very tedious. I let the cushions fluff up for a couple of days and put the pieces together while I waited for the cushion covers. Was it worth my time and money? Absolutely. I put this together on my concrete porch, so there were a few tiny scratches where I laid the pieces down. I used a dark brown furniture marker (even though my husband said the marks weren’t noticeable) on the tiny scratches and you can’t even tell they were there. This set is exactly what I was looking for and I think it is perfect! I highly recommend this outdoor living set. ... show more

For the price, this is perfect! Came in 3 boxes (A,B & C). A & C came together, and B came the next day. Took a couple hours to assemble. Wasn't frustrating, just tedious. I was worried about the cushions being firm enough, but they are perfect; firm and comfy at the same time. Such a cozy set without breaking the bank. I also like that we are able to change it up to the L shape if we get tired of this setup. The material can get damaged easily as I learned the hard way, so put this together on a blanket or soft place to avoid scraping. It does come with parts to fix any damaged "wicker" which is nice. Luckily, I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and so I expected the boxes to not all come together. This seems to happen often with FedEx when ordering furniture. The actual set got here pretty quickly within a few days. The cushion covers, however, stopped tracking and I had to write customer service a couple emails, but they were very helpful and seem to really care about customer service and sure enough the covers arrived only a day later than the window I was given you can see by the pictures the set is beautiful And it wasn’t too difficult to get the cushions on so it will be handy when it’s time to remove them for cleaning ... show more

This beautiful set is as described (less the umbrella which was a separate purchase). Be aware that this set is shipped in 7 different boxes in 5 different shipments. Don't panic like I did when only 2 boxes arrive in the first shipment. I immediately contacted FedEx looking for an explanation, and I messaged the seller. For some reason, Amazon only provides one tracking label. The seller was quick to respond and was very detailed in what was being delivered and provided the 5 different tracking numbers. I appreciate the stellar customer service provided by the seller. Between my husband and I, we spent about 3-4 hrs total on installation for the entire set. I would suggest using a drill with an Allen bit versus the provided Allen tool for efficiency. The fire pit takes a standard size propane tank. The cushions are comfy (and doggy approved). We purchased the 14 PC set in navy. It took some time to assemble, but thats a small price to pay for quality furniture at this price. The cushions are thick and firm. A lot of thought went into the design of these pieces. I had one panel that was damaged and the replacement was super easy and fast. You won't find a better value out there.
