Added these to my 1,900 sq ft barn/man cave and Only took 2 of us 2 hours to install. Cools down to 61 degrees and manage all via mobile app, allowing management of units, even when states away. Because I live in Texas I’ve not had need to test heating aspects yet. installation instruction are crystal clear and on point. Love the warranty too.

DO NOT BUY THIS OFF BRAND MINI SPLIT!!! (1 year review) First off the page clearly encourages you to install it yourself; but..... if you do you have instantly voided the "very short" 1 year warranty, which they don't tell you. In order to register the product to obtain the warranty you have to have a licensed HVAC contractor install it and you have to provide all of their info including their license number. I followed all online instructions and did it myself not knowing any of this. Of course, the compressor went out in less than a year throwing a EU \ P2 error which the original point of contact said was the PCB board. this didn't change the problem at all. I had to contact them an additional 4 more times to get them to get a technician to contact me back. She confirmed in 5 seconds that the compressor was the issue and that I just wasted $400 on a new PCB board. Also I had just missed the 30 day return for the now redundant part because they start the 30 day return period on the date of purchase and not the nearly 3 weeks later when I actually received the part. Next problem; because Della is a no name, off brand no HVAC companies will touch it and there is no way in hell that I'm going to mess with draining lines and replacing a faulty compressor. All of this has meant that I now have a $3,700.00 piece of junk attached to the side of my house that is dead in the water just as winter has hit. Yes you can get 24 hour support but it is 100% useless as they do nothing to help you find a technician to fix their broken garbage of a machine. Once again DO NOT BUY!!!!!

3 cassette install. Not as quiet as I would have liked, you might want to pay attention to the db ratings if that’s super important. Otherwise works great at 5 months. Take your time and you can do it. Did it all by myself but I would highly recommend a helper getting the pipes thru the wall.

working great so far. The only thing i recomend is have a profetional install these if you know nothing about them. For a person whom doesnt know how to install this product it will be a very bad head ache. I am a profetional and even i had a little bit of hard time doing it my self. Please read the instructions and go based on them. Dont belive the comercials when they say "its so easy to install it your self" because it isnt. make sure to have a flaring tool and gages and hvac vaccum pump ready to do this the rite way.
