Took about 2 weeks to arrive in a tractor trailer. Not a problem for me as I unloaded with my forklift. The condensing unit has a dent on the side. It's just cosmetic. I emailed the seller and agreed to a $180.00 refund. The evaporator look good and after drilling a hole through the wall and attaching the mounting bracket went right on no problems. The kit comes with a plastic tube to use through your hole but I found it to be cheesy and flimsy so I didn't use it. The lineset,drain,and electrical wires were fine. The copper tube is extremely thin walled and easy to bend or form using just your hands. I did buy the mr.cool lineset covers which I believe look the best even though they are pricey. They come with the fittings covers and elbows needed to make the install look pro. I shortened one lineset a few feet and lengthened the other lineset a few feet. Easy to do using some flare unions. I ran about 20 feet of 12/2 Romex wire from my electrical panel with a double pole 30a breaker for the 220v supply. On the outside I mounted a 60a non fused disconnect and a couple feet of carflex to tie it in. Used my vacuum pump and gauge set to get it down to 500 microns before opening the valves and turning it on. Been running these 2 heads everyday now as it's been a really hot summer this year and they work great. Dead silent operation too both inside and out. I will definitely be back to buy another one again next year.

I’m only giving these units one star because it’s the lowest I could select. I’ve had not one thing work the way it should have. First let’s start with these units claim they are “DIY, do it yourself” nope that’s false you need to hire a HVAC contractor to pressure test your line sets and vaccum your unit which in the product description it has zero disclosures about. I got my unit up and running to find out there was no refrigerant or gases in the system to heat/ cool so I had to hire a HVAC tech and spend another $750 of my money to get the units running but the seller claims they are DIY and battled me on my issues until I provided them with a receipt. They wanted to return my units which were permantly installed in my house, 2.5” holes in my walls through my vinyl siding, and a hole through my foundation. Then I had to tell them it’s not possible to uninstall the units and return them for I will have huge holes in my house. Now my unit has power going to it, but won’t blow anything out of the head but still thinks it’s running. I reset the breaker and the head wont work now. I’m writing this review trying to decide if the product or customer service is worse. At this point I’ll be spending more money on servicing this unit than the actual cost of buying the unit. Absolutely horrific experience 0/5 stars and I will never purchase from them again and I will do everything in my power to make sure my fellow family members, friends, and contractors do not use them as well.

I hired a professional AC contractor to install this, and I am glad that I did. I wanted it done right and honestly, there was no way, I could have done this myself. The unit works great and cools very efficiently. It looks great both inside and out. I highly recommend the Della products.

The only time it struggles to keep room at temp is when the outside temperature is 10 or 15 below. I was not expecting it to work fine when it’s only 5 outside but it does. Also great customer service, I had an issue with the 1st unit received, they promptly sent a replacement.
