I purchased this unit at the end of summer of 2024. The weather was not too hot so the air conditioner was not running for long. It worked well for the winter. Kept the room warm. Come summer of 2025 the unit was running longer on cold and I guess it could not keep up. I noticed the unit was not cooling and I thought there was a leak. I called a tech and he said one of compressor went out. It didn't even last a year. So I won't buy this product again. ... show more

I bought this to cool our upstairs and I was hesitant about getting this model because it is considered a economic model and it cools and heats great better than I expected I highly recommend it it's been installed for a few months now

UPDATE Unfortunately the AC unit is now no longger working and i only had it for 5 months. The app also continues to no work and the last time i attempted to get it to connect to my phone again i couldnt. AC works great. The unit is quiet. Unfortunately the app doesn't work so great. Unit disconnects alot and you have to reset it back into pairing mode which is no easy thing to do since the app lists 3 models and no way to know which model is the one you purchased. Either way, getting the unit into pairing mode is not easy, takes a ton of time. I've stopped using the app but if having access at anytime is important to you don't get this unit as the app likely won't work after a couple months. ... show more

We have had installed for a few days now so gar it’s been great keeps the house ( 200sf) cool even when it’s over 100*f outside. Had to be vacuumed unlike what some of the others say so had to get HVAC person to come do that part but fairly easy to install.
