Lowered my light bill. It’s hot in my kitchen during the summer and my thermostat is right on the other side of the wall. The rest of the house stayed cool but the big ac unit run all the time day and night. Since adding this window unit my kitchen stays cool and the big unit doesn’t run near as much. As for noise it’s not any louder than any other window unit I’ve had or been around. It’s really worth the money if you’re facing the problem I was and it will pay for itself in a few months. It’s been several months now and hurricane Halene hit here pretty hard. We were without power for a week. I plugged this ac into my generator and blocked off some rooms in my house and this little unit kept us cool just like the central heat and air unit does. Master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen approximately 12-1300 square feet. If this ac died tomorrow I will order another one tomorrow. Very satisfied with this product!! ... show more

Bought 4 to replace old window units. Got two 14k btu and two 10k btu. Installed on second and third floor of house. Huge difference in temp almost immediately after got them all running. My other units barely pushed air and with these can feel the air from across the room. Very satisfied with the app functionality as well and can control all units at same time. Only concern was the bigger units had to be almost perfectly level or it vibrated and caused a loud noise. After some adjustments and leveling it’s running good. Blows really cold. Does a good job. Haven’t tested the Wi-Fi yet. The only thing I saw that I did not like the air adjusters. Don’t really adjust the air, but it does really blow cold.

They are a bit loud but normal for a window unit. They installed easily in about 15 minutes. I had a central ac in my house that died. I have a massive double living room connected to a hallway bathroom and bedroom that all needed cooling. Normally my house is the same temperature as outside without air. With my central working it would struggle to keep 77 degrees. I installed just 2 of these units in my living room and my central thermostat was reading 67 degrees this morning in my hallway, farthest from the units. It is now 80 outside and still holding 67 inside and every one of those rooms is comfortable and cool. I highly recommend these little units. I am pleasantly surprised and finally not sweating in my Florida home! I will be getting one more for my kitchen. ... show more

It was bought as a WiFi, the app is confusing and I can never get it synched with the app. The AC unit is great, love the size, easy to install and well designed but is just that WiFi issue. Still a 3 star rating.

The media could not be loaded. Great AC unit, cools our living room, one bedroom, and kitchen great! Also, it’s not too loud but also not silent (see video) Love the app feature so I can turn it on when I am on my way home.     • Doesn’t blow cold air

I’ve had this ac for 2 years. First year was great (when it was under warranty of course!) now it’s not under warranty and it doesn’t blow cold air. Doesn’t cool the room down. It doesn’t connect to my phone so the app no longer works. It rattles and shakes, is noisy at night. Not worth it!
