I have a Dell computer that is 13 years old that I am replacing. Everything on the new Dell is great and functioning just as it should only much much faster. It has features that I never thought I would use, but I find now that I don't know how I ever got along without them. Lightening fast and lots of memory. Smaller than the old one and super easy to connect. I am from the old school and still miss having a owners manual. The on line instructions are good but I still like to have something in my hand. I would recommend this computer to anyone. It may be more than you need right now but in the future it will cover all your needs. ... show more

I’ve had this computer for a month and it’s fast. It’s really fast when using the digital drive. I sure don’t like the new keyboard though. Stuff is in different locations!

I purchased this model with a 256G SSD and a 1TB drive and 32GB RAM. After I got it I had issues and contacted Dell tech support. They did not want to provide tech support at first after providing the serial #. They asked where I purchased it and I stated Amazon. They wanted a copy of the invoice which I downloaded and sent them. After this, they did provide tech support and the tech support SE told me this was a computer sold to a third party with 4GB of RAM, preloaded Linux and a 1T HD. Obviously these folks added the increased RAM and a SSD plus windows 11. Does it work? Yes but Dell will only provide tech support on the original build and one last note, it was sold in Dubai. Received the computer promptly. The computer overall is not bad. Four issues thus far: 1) Non-standard keyboard. I can make adjustments, but why do I have to? 2) This is a Dell problem, but "stereo-mix" is not available, which is a significant problem when I work on radio production (a primary use). I would like to deal with Dell on the issue, but... 3) The Dell Support period started in July of 2022 and expired in September of 2023. I received the PC in October of 2023. It must have been pre-registered - is this a used machine? 4) The product was registered in Nigeria. I live in the United States. I'm confident that the more I deal with the computer, more issues will arise. As much as I like the overall function of the PC, these issues are very significant and need to be resolved. ... show more
