I bought this only because it was cheap. I really was hoping it would work, but it did not. We tried updating everything, but somehow the screen kept showing green lines throughout the monitor. We thought it was the monitor we were using so we switch to a different one and it still showed green lines. We tired fixing it by moving the display resolution it worked and fixed the green lines, but then the pc shut off on its own and went back to the original screen. We tired to move the display resolution again, but this time it was locked and wouldn’t let us. I did try contacting support, but they did not help. ... show more

Is worked fine up until everytime i would play a game, the screen turns black. Then after ive stopped using it altogether, it just stopped working altogether

Bought to replace my old Inspiron desktop so far so good. The fans from the graphics card are a little loud but not really noticable when watching videos or playing games. Comes with USB wifi fob that is alright for surfing the net but better to jack an Ethernet cable into the PC for downloading and playing games online. The graphics card is good enough to run most 2022 games at 1080. Really great value for the price a new PC with similar specs would have run me at the least double what I paid for this renewed PC. ... show more

The computer arrived with wring key board and mouse.DVD/CD ROM was not wired up. The false drive or SD adaptor cable not connected. Tech support also bad, wanted to send,me the parts to do ut myself without extending the warranty as I hadn't had the use for 3 weeks.Contacted Amazon, and the seller would not return Amazon inquiries. I even offered to do the,repair myself as long they sent the correct parts plus instructions. ... show more

Completely disappointed. Computer is slow, will not stay connected to internet, crashes regularly. This was not even used for a few months right after purchase, yet when we began use, it was worthless.
