Here is the listing: Dell Precision Tower 3420 SFF Desktop Computer, Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz, 16GB RAM, 512GB Solid State Drive, WiFi, BT, 4K Support, Keyboard & Mouse, Windows 11 Pro 64bit, (Renewed) After setting up the PC, I discovered that Windows 11 was not running Microsoft 365 properly I ran the Microsoft diagnostic program and received a message that this PC is not compatible with Windows 11 (although it was loaded onto it). As a result, I returned the PC and was charged a $36 restocking fee. When questioning this they sent me a picture showing it was loaded onto the PC. From my perspective, this is not a retailer that should be on Amazon! ... show more

    • Delivered unable to boot
The Dell tower works great now, but it was frustrating to get set up. On the initial boot, it would not go past a prompt that said service jumper was in place. The paper that came with it said support was available every day, but no one answered either phone or email on a Sunday. Monday morning a tech did answer, and after 20 minutes or so had me up and running. I give it four stars because the paperwork is incorrect and they don't work Sundays to help. ... show more

Didn't work out of the box. I had to learn how to open up the pc and reinstall the RAM cards. Now, it's working, but I can't connect to our Xfinity router. I'm hoping that another wifi usb dangle will work, which I've ordered.
