Okay I moved to a new state and needed a couch. Who knew couches were so expensiveee???? This couch was a great price to begin with. Once I placed the order, I received a message that they will be shipped in 3 boxes and won’t deliver till 12/19 through FedEx. I initially was going to add a professional to assemble but at the last minute I removed that. The couch ended up dating and delivered in two days!! Which was honestly great. They delivered it to my side door. Now I questioned How I will bring them up to the 2nd floor alone lol. I rolled each box up the stairs and though it was a little difficult, I was able to do it by myself. I unboxed each box then read instructions and saw they wanted me to assemble by the box lol which was already too late but because I received everything and it was labeled it was not an issue. Made a few mistakes but caught it in time before getting to far. It took me approx 2 HRS to assemble by myself. Overall very easy, just dealing with Allen keys are always annoying but possible. 10/10. The couch is super supper soft. People complained about the color but I love it. No one wants a all white couch. The cream color is better. Really soft really comfortable. No missing pieces no damaged pieces. Had some left over equipment, basically extra legs for the couch and screws but used everything else. Feels a little bouncy, not firm at all. Very soft to the touch. A lot of space to sit, as someone who is 5’6, the leg space is perfect. Doesn’t feel cheap or low quality at all. Moves very easy on wood floors and I added some padding to the bottom to avoid damaging my floors but can be moved very easily. I took photos of each step because other reviews didn’t show that so hopefully this helps anyone who’s considering. Thank you!!!

Sorry about the crusty video I’m comfy! Lol absolutely love the couch!! It’s exactly what i was looking for! It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me. 2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit! 3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it. 4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol) 5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous 6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’) 7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there! Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing.

The most uncomfortable couch. I wish I had just splurged on a sectional. Got this for a small apt in a have young kids and dogs so didn’t want something too pricy that would get ruined. While it’s held up well it does not fit us well. Family of 4- 2 adults to kids. It’s not that the couch itself is uncomfortable it’s the foot rests. There is no way to keep them stationary. We have a rug underneath and even got the furniture pads. They constantly move out in front of you as your laying down and then your butt falls into the crack between the couch and the foot rest. It’s beyond annoying. I hate this couch

I did extensive research on affordable couches, took me forever to make a decision and finally decided on this one, assembling took one hour and did it by myself, it’s very comfortable and looks absolutely great for the price I am very impressed. All covers are removable and washable, my only small critique would be the back cushions, they are on the the thin side, and the feet of the couch are made of plastic (seems strong but we’ll see). Cushions are very comfortable after only few hours I’m sure they’ll get even better after 24hr. Overall you can’t beat that for the price.

I bought the orange 120’ couch! It is LOVELY! Very comfy, easy to assemble and I’m very pleased! The color is fantastic it’s a soft color and goes well with my light sage living room walls and wood vinyl flooring.

I went to every single furniture store/outlet in my city with a goal of getting a sectional for under $700. There wasn’t even a sectional I actually liked/found comfortable that was under $1k. The only sectionals I could find for this price were sad, super firm or too squishy small sectionals. I bought this after tons of research on Amazon and wayfair, and WOW it’s actually perfect. I’ve got the ottomans lined up on one side to make it a sectional and it fits great for the space. My only complaint is there’s no way to secure the ottomans like you can with the other parts of the couch, so they slide around a lot, but hopefully a rug will fix that. The cushions are so deep and easy to lounge on. The backs are the perfect height. It looks like a $1500 couch, while being under $700. Shipping was so fast I wasn’t even home from the holidays when it came in (cue a Christmas Day mad rush home to get it inside and out of the rain). My boyfriend and I are both on the larger side and we can sit on the same cushion without feeling unstable. There was no smell at all, and everything feels good quality! Update: we’ve had the couch for a few months now & I’m still very satisfied with it, but I’ve noticed some things. The top cushions are secured by one long stretch of Velcro. I move around a lot which doesn’t help, but that Velcro doesn’t keep the cushion in place & after a couple hours you get a smushed cushion which then pushes out the bottom cushion. Next thing you know you’re leaning on the hard back of it and scratching your arm on Velcro or slowly sliding out. It’s a super easy fix, the cushions slide right back into place, but it’s just a bit annoying and not an issue I’ve had with any other couch. The other thing is that the top cushions very easily get smushed, and the process of fluffing them back out like you would a normal pillow is much harder due to how they’re stuffed. It’s a solid 5 minutes of beating the cushion, but I guess maybe that’s a plus if you need some anger relief now and then. It’s still a great couch, so comfy usually, and I get tons of compliments on it. People are always shocked when I tell them how much it was. My partner has slept on it repeatedly & says it’s great.
