My old computer is about six years old and was starting to show signs of giving up. I would fight it to turn on, it would shut off randomly, and would freeze frequently. I wanted to replace it before it completely gave up so I got this refurbished machine to buy some time to get what I really want. I am not a gamer so I don't need super fantastic graphics or to spend several grand on a fancy machine. I had a Dell before and was happy with it so I decided this one would do, especially considering the price. It was easy to set up, the picture quality is as good as the last one, the sound is fine, and it functions as expected. For the money, I am very happy with it. It seems as though any issue that might have been the reason for the return has been fixed because I have had zero problems with it. I hooked up my second monitor and the cursor transitions smoothly between the two. It does everything I need it to do. I also like how you can change the orientation of the monitor.
