The computer performs really well, is not loaded with bloatware and is lightning fast for my general office applications. I am not a gamer. Great machine...but the service is even better!! The computer arrived with no DVD player--I brought this to the mfr's attention and they sent a DVD player promptly. I am not skilled with computers and called the mfr for help installing the DVD player. The mfr spent about an hour helping me figure out how to plug it in (the necessary leads were not visible-- buried under the hard drive). Recently I have been having error messages on my searches of travel and apartment sites: "Not authorized to access the site on this server." I thought it might be a problem with the computer, I called the mfr who spent another hour with me before discovering that it was Norton Antivirus' VPN that was causing the rejection. The mfr had no obligation to help me with this software problem--He is just a good guy and likes to help. He also knows his stuff!! I highly recommend this vendor!     • Small Boot issue; Great customer/technical support!
Three weeks after purchasing this renewed unit when trying to start received the following error message on my monitor "Error! Memory configured incorrectly. Please enter setup for memory information details. System halted!" Call TekRefurbs and spoke with Kim (customer service). She knew immediately a couple of things to try. She walked me through step by step on how to reseat the DIMM cards. I struggled a bit to remove the drive in order to get to the DIMM cards, but Kim was very patient the entire time and got me through the whole process. Unit is back up and performing well. I would have given 5 stars if for one thing. The sale listing says its a 9020 SFF but I got a 7020 SFF. I'm not upset with this really because the computer I received had the same specs as listed. There isn't a major difference between the two they are actually very close to being the same, however they should still fix their listing. ... show more

I've now had this desktop for over a year and have not had any issue. I chose to buy reconditioned to get more for my money. The desktop arrived in great condition. I only had to purchase a monitor.

    • Beware, rebuilt products!
The audio module cut out after a couple weeks and the tech advice to correct the problem did not help. I like the Windows 10 Pro and the improved clarity of the images on the monitor, so I am not sure what I want to do at this point. I do not want to wipe the files I have on the unit to send it back, its on hold for now! ... show more

    • Think about it before you buy!
it took 6 times before it would boot up very slow. Dell maybe a good product, but I think the HP is much better. this is not my first DELL, but I should have stayed with the HP it was a lot easier to set up for some one, like me .
