If you see the word: Refurbished, don't let that make you afraid to give this company a chance, take it from me, I have one heck of a computer system that feels brand new and they are an amazing company to buy from, they have after purchase support! You can't go wrong. I purchased this computer on March 21, 2025 so I could start working remotely. It has all the bells and whistles that I needed. When I got the computer I took everything out of the packing boxes, I was like WOW, I got an amazing price! In the box was a note from the seller that said "How can we help you?" That was surprising to me to see a note like this because I thought I didn't pay a ton for computer package. As I was installing everything (trying to do this myself like a big girl!) I had questions, so I gave them a call; United PC-TEK, a regular person answered the call, not someone in a call center. I had questions, they walked me through things and very patiently. Since March 2025 I have had the need to call them with a couple questions, they help me troubleshoot my problem and I go forward! They have helped me with big and small issues, this last call was user (ME!!) error. What I am trying to say in this long review is, nowadays, when everything seems to be going automated or handled through a call center, this company is not that! They are the real deal! A genuine company with staff that answer the phone, actively listen to your question, and walk you through next steps! I have spoken with different people there and each one is polite and professional! Sometimes it feels like I am speaking to different owners of the company, they are focused and want to help me, just like their note said that was in with the computer set up I purchased. So, now that you have read my review, click buy now, you will not regret your decision, I haven't!! Why did you pick this product vs others?: This computer had the 2TB hard drive, 16GB Ram, dual 24" monitors, WIFI, set up for 5G internet speeds, Bluetooth, Windows 10 Pro and more! Computer quality: Excellent, I don't even notice it was refurbished. It feels new. Ease of setup: Good instructions came with the PC, but so did the company's phone number where I could call for help, and I did. Noise level: There is no noise from the computer. My order was placed on Sept 16th, 2023 and I received everything on Sept 27th, 2023. This computer and monitors were packaged very well. They didn't skimp on packaging material. One little thing when they packaged the 2-24 inch monitors, is that they should have maybe put a piece of cardboard between the monitors that were facing each other when packaged. They were tightly wrapped though and neither were scratched.. The computer itself was packaged very well. So much so, it surprised me on how well it was packaged. The only little issue I had was my DVD rom drive was not working like it should have been. I contacted and spoke with someone from Alta E. Solutions and he shipped a new one out to me and I received it in 3 days. The 2-24 inch Samsung monitors look brand new and the quality of the screen/picture is great. Web pages and videos look fantastic. Also was included were a keyboard and mouse. Although on the cheaper side I'll hang on to these for backup. 2-VGA and 2-power cables were also included. The SFF computer is fast, sleek and is a great upgrade from my older Dell. If I needed another system like this, I'd buy this again in a heart beat. All in all I am more than satisfied with everything. Great products, Great price and most of all GREAT customer service. If your looking for a system like this. I don't like to leave negative reviews but just know you are rolling the dice with Technology Geeks. I read the reviews and have had good luck in the past so I pulled the trigger. I have never been so disappointed with an Amazon purchase. The package was delivered 2 days early (9pm) and was literally dropped (FedEx) in my driveway in the pouring rain 18ft from my covered porch. You could tell it was a used box so by the time it shipped 80 miles to my location it was open and barely holding the product inside. It was a gift so I wanted something to put under the tree. I started to unpackage and thought it might be alright. I was so wrong. First the packaging was as poor as I have ever seen. Little pieces of broken styrofoam stuffed all around. A child would do a better job. I pulled out one monitor and tried to connect it to the stand but the stand (visible scratches) would not support it. Second one same problem. I was still hoping we could find a solution. I hooked up the monitors to find out they were defective. Black spots all over and vertical lines running through. I thought I was buying "Renewed" equipment but it was very obvious as other reviews have stated that this equipment was never inspected and should not have been shipped. My hypothesis is that they purchased a bunch of used equipment from a source unknown and tried to ship it straight out hoping that folks would accept it or if returned they would ship to the next sucker and someone (with low standards) might accept it eventually. I was really hoping for the price to get 2 good 24" monitors and a CPU with all the features listed as I knew I would be using a good keyboard, mouse and cables. As other reviews have said the keyboard, mouse and cables that they supplied were just cheap junk. Not even sure if all cables were supplied but there was definitely no wifi included. I am in the process of returning for a full refund and I will report back if there are any problems. If you decide to purchase this from Technology Geeks (selling same junk on other sites) just know you should lower your standards and cross your fingers. Maybe say a little prayer. Maybe you will get lucky. I was very dissatisfied and will never purchase "Renewed" equipment again. I hope this helps with your decision. ... show more

Nice Refurbished CP. Few minor scuffs and scratches but nothing that effects performance. Had a little trouble getting both monitors to work at first but sellers tech support helped me out and now good to go.

Best deal Iā€™ve ever gotten on a PC. However, not all was ā€œas advertisedā€. Hereā€™s the good, 2 working 24ā€ monitors came with the unit. It indeed has Windows 11 pro, the 64 bit version, awesome. 2 TB HDD, 16 GB DDR4 2400, expandable to 64 gb. Has 3 PCIe expansion slots. Runs and activation was a breeze. Now the bad. Itā€™s an Optiplex 7020, not the 9050 as advertised. Also it has a DVD ROM only, the optical drive. Is NOT a DVD-RW As advertised. The mouse and keyboard are both wired. One of the monitors has a ā€œfuzzyā€ appearance. Almost like itā€™s a double image, and itā€™s dim. The other has 2 dead pixels. Out of all bands the only one that bums me out is the DVD not being a burner. Oh well, itā€™s still a fantastic deal. You should not hesitate to get one of these. Sure there will be things that arenā€™t perfect but the price is definitely right. One heck of a fantastic buy. ... show more

Writing a review for others that might not know how to shop for computers and look for the different specifications as this was not explicitly spelled out clearly enough for me. My two issues after receiving the system was the mouse did not work and the computer was very slow. I call the customer service number and they replaced the mouse immediately. They also acknowledged that the device has a mechanical hard drive (disk) that is significantly slower than a Solid State Drive. If this is a home computer and you work on SSD computers at work it will be a horribly slow experience. I had to buy an additional SSD card and add it to the computer to make it workable for me. The computer is great and the monitors have excellent resolution. That said, the keyboard and mouse were very poor quality and I replaced them with better ones. I was also missing one of the monitor cables and after complaining to customer service, they agreed to issue a credit to offset my out-of-pocket expenses.
