I bought this so I could upgrade my very old dinosaur desktop and monitors that no longer wanted to connect to the internet. Windows 7...iykyk how slow and sluggish things can get even when you try to upgrade it's processors but my old friend got me almost through college until she caught fire as she ran so hot the motherboard couldn't keep up. This setup is perfect and even comes with the instructions on how to put the support on the monitors (even though I put mine on upside down on purpose because I needed space for my keyboard to fit on my desktop as I have a rolltop. You can choose hard drive size, ram size, operating systems, etc. you can even ask for a different size of monitors for your preference (I am 49 and wear bifocals so I had to go big or go home). I should've chose windows 11 but it's fine.

I don't normally leave reviews but this one was earned. I was nervous after reading a few reviews but I needed something within the price range for work/school. I wanna say that UPS was who delivered to me and it can on time by the date given. It was packaged well and nothing came damaged. All the cords needed where included for power between the monitors and PC. There are no damages that I have noticed. Everything works smoothly and I'm very happy\pleased about this buy!

I don't like to leave negative reviews but just know you are rolling the dice with Technology Geeks. I read the reviews and have had good luck in the past so I pulled the trigger. I have never been so disappointed with an Amazon purchase. The package was delivered 2 days early (9pm) and was literally dropped (FedEx) in my driveway in the pouring rain 18ft from my covered porch. You could tell it was a used box so by the time it shipped 80 miles to my location it was open and barely holding the product inside. It was a gift so I wanted something to put under the tree. I started to unpackage and thought it might be alright. I was so wrong. First the packaging was as poor as I have ever seen. Little pieces of broken styrofoam stuffed all around. A child would do a better job. I pulled out one monitor and tried to connect it to the stand but the stand (visible scratches) would not support it. Second one same problem. I was still hoping we could find a solution. I hooked up the monitors to find out they were defective. Black spots all over and vertical lines running through. I thought I was buying "Renewed" equipment but it was very obvious as other reviews have stated that this equipment was never inspected and should not have been shipped. My hypothesis is that they purchased a bunch of used equipment from a source unknown and tried to ship it straight out hoping that folks would accept it or if returned they would ship to the next sucker and someone (with low standards) might accept it eventually. I was really hoping for the price to get 2 good 24" monitors and a CPU with all the features listed as I knew I would be using a good keyboard, mouse and cables. As other reviews have said the keyboard, mouse and cables that they supplied were just cheap junk. Not even sure if all cables were supplied but there was definitely no wifi included. I am in the process of returning for a full refund and I will report back if there are any problems. If you decide to purchase this from Technology Geeks (selling same junk on other sites) just know you should lower your standards and cross your fingers. Maybe say a little prayer. Maybe you will get lucky. I was very dissatisfied and will never purchase "Renewed" equipment again. I hope this helps with your decision.

This set up duel 23 inch monitors and a smaller PC tower was very easy to assemble that came with 3 power cords two PC to monitor cables a USB stick Wi-Fi adapter and most up dates Windows 10 clean installed. I only had a problem with the hard drive winding for an hour or two sometimes but I found out the USB speaker was causing it. As soon as I turn the speaker on the drive stops the noise. Anyway problem solved.This one has a 2 TB HD and 16 gigs rom.I had saw some Write ups saying they had gotten 2 different model monitors and miss matched stuff. This one also came with anew keyboard and mouse. This thing is very clean. The only place I saw dust was in the cd drive that I cleaned myself.i know Microsoft will not being updating it a few years down the road, but who cares the price was only $ 212.00 USD and tax. I just bought this as an extra PC because my laptop is so slow. This is a pro PC but the media player is in there with almost all other stuff you may need, the rest you can download somewhere. All my music and pictures and office stuff works great. 16 gigs of rom is also fast and some of these refurbished PC even have 32 gigs of ram. Now I don't need to go to the basement to use my PC. This thing is a buy buy buy works great ,oh did I say they have a 90 day return policy so how can you go wrong.

Received computer and monitors in 2 boxes that were well packaged. Description here says sold by Cameco but mine came from RefurbChoice, not a big deal. But it also says it's a Optiplex 9020 on here and taped on the mini-tower but if you turn on computer it says Optiplex 3020, not a big deal since no change to the internals. But it only has 1 display port, 1 VGA port, 4 rear USB 2.0 ports, 2 rear USB 3.0 ports and 2 front USB 2.0 ports and a RJ45. Not sure if it has bluetooth as described since it's a 2013 model. It has Windows 10 Pro but you cannot upgrade to Windows 11 as it does not qualify per Microsoft for upgrade. I purchased this computer to use as at home for work. It does what I need it to do for now with the 2 monitors. I would have given better ratings if they would have been more honest on what you are buying; photo, descriptions. Other than that price was right.
