This was a gift for my grandson right out of the box the riper or scarifier is broke only clicks when trying to lift up . I’m getting no response from company on help with this . Cool toy poor customer service

The scale is smaller than 1/16, that being said it is a good toy. I am overall satisfied as the model is very detailed and robust for this price. I am going to keep it because it is fun, and the measurements were listed in inches. I had purchased an excavator and a dump truck so I can play in the dirt. This little guy isn’t too powerful in the sandbox though, and I would estimate it closer to 1/20 scale maybe 1/24. This would be awesome for younger kid..... but if you want to move some actual dirt find something bigger. ... show more
