Only had computer for 2 days, appears to be working fine. Easy to set up and was up running within a few minutes. I was disapponted it did not have a VGA connection port for monitor and I had to find a HDMI cable to hook up monitor. Tower is small, takes up very little room on shelf, very fast and quiet. So far on my second day of use seems to be going well. I do notice that the second monitor I have hooked up, the resolution on the screen is not as clean and crisp as monitor number one. Product arrived, looks clean no sign of "used" product. I had a few problems with the WIFI built in unable to capture the signal and speakers jack didn't seem to work. Nick from the support center helped me patiently and even called me back with better solution for the WIFI. I received this unit 5-15-24 Went to set it up 5-16-24 and nothing. no power nothing, went and got a new power cord and now it powers up. Next problem is that it was supposed to come with a 2TB HDD, it came with a 1TB HDD. the company said they would give a 10 dollar refund. The cord cost that. So I will be sending this computer back today. Hopefully the next one will work as advertised. I will update this after the new 1 arrives. ... show more

I opened the computer and I'm pretty sure it's new. There wasn't a sign of use or a speck of dust. The system boots fast and the storage hard drive reports it is a 4 terabyte drive, instead of two. The system runs quiet and cool and it's very fast. I might buy another...
