I can put it where it is most comfortable for me to see the keys under my desk light. It is lightning fast. I had no place to put a tower. Someone wrote in and said all the USB plugs are in the back, but there are a couple on the left side. I followed her advice and bought a USB hub, just because I have so many items I wish to plug-in for recharge while I'm working. I love the touch screen because of my vision issues, and the screen is nearly as good as my expensive super HD television. The sound is great! I had to turn the speakers down to listen to music! My old PC required speakers to hear anything at all. I can't speak about durability because I haven't had it long enough, and I did need to download a new version of Windows 10. The one it came with was ancient, and it a full hour to clear that up. Those are my negatives. All-in-all I am on a virtual cloud 9! ... show more

Was using a Microsoft 4000 before padding came loose. This one seemed simple and basic to pair with my Dell laptop. Connected easily and works well. Comfortable size and ergonomics. Battery loads from the top, which was a first for me. Was worried about breaking the button by pulling it off. But no harm done. I've had the computer for about six months. It's been a pretty good performer. The fast boot up is especially nice. Just a couple of issues: 1) The description says it has a media card reader. I'm not totally sure what that means but I suppose it refers to SD cards. Anyway, it doesn't have one and having one would have been a good thing. 2) Not a huge issue, but I wish sellers such as Dell and Amazon would reveal if a new PC is going to be loaded with 'scumware' or 'bloatware' or whatever. In this case it's the McAfee malware software. I use Windows Defender and don't want two similar programs fighting with each other. And the pop-up ads trying to convince me to buy the software - irritating. 3) Oh, one more thing happened, a bug. After going into the sleep mode, when it would wake back up it would forget to turn the monitor back on. I'd have to power the monitor off and back on. Dell support tried to fix it but the fix didn't work. So now I have the sleep mode disabled. ... show more

Great computer so far. I love it. The mouse and keyboard it comes with doesn't work all the way. I can't click on the right side of mouse and the side buttons doesn't work on keyboard. The computer is awesome the extra pieces are ok such as keyboard and mouse. Still paying on, it was pricey but glad to have bought. I use this in my practice. Many times I am analyzing x rays, have my browser open with multiple pages going, and have a second x ray analysis program running as well. Don't forget email and all the other stuff running in the background. My old computer chugged with this. This one? Not even a hiccup. Super fast, the SSD start up is awesome and having it all hard wired makes pulling down x rays super fast (the files are 18+Mb each, 5-11 per patient). Almost as fast as my home tower PC. Almost. I have to say I was pretty relieved when this mouse arrived and I saw that, despite there being a USB dongle inside of it and instructions on how to use it, it actually wasn't necessary for the mouse to work. Which is good, because my new laptop doesn't have a USB port. I'm actually using the mouse now, as I type this. It's amazing how difficult it is to figure out from online descriptions whether such a mouse can connect without a USB port, but this one does. So I'm a very happy customer right now. ... show more
