It was an overwhelming feeling to open the package and find to my eyes the creativity in presenting this Harry Potter puzzle. I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. So it was a pleasure to present it to her as if it were a book. Then to find that the puzzle pieces were inside a cloth bag. Thank you from the bottom of my heart as it was exciting for me the matter of presentation. It wasn't just a box but rather in the form of a book.

As a retiree, my wife is learning to play the piano. This is a great sounding digital piano. The weighted keys give the feel of an acoustic piano. I would have given 5 stars if there wasn't any cosmetic damage. I called and arranged a return/swap for the same model evidenced with photos, without any problems. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived in even worse condition. As a heavy item I don't think it was handled carefully. The packaging was seriously damaged and so was the piano. I arranged a return immediately. The process was simple and without fuss. We decided to keep the original piano because the cosmetic damage is relatively minor. That being said, some of the cosmetic issues are either related to poor material quality, or long storage in an inappropriate climate. We don't regret keeping it. The piano sounds great, has an elegance to it and complements our home perfectly.

I purchased this twice and they both came broken. The 2nd one I actually put together and tried to keep because it was only a small crack on the side, but once I tried to play it, some of the keys would stick and some wouldn’t even work at all.

Took us a while to open the box after it shipped and now that we have, realized there’s parts in side that are broken. Not what I expected from something this expensive. Disappointed. Update: Put it together and visually broken as well, very cheap materiel can’t believe we spent $800 on this. Warranty is a joke and Amazon not helping since it was a day after the 30 return day mark that we reached out to them. Save yourself time and money, get a piano from someone else on Amazon.
