First computer arrived and did not work. Had to ship back at my own expense. Replacement was to arrive before Christmas: they never had Carrier pick it up until after New Years. I had to replace my monitor cable to mate with the PC. Finally, they described it as a gaming PC, but it arrived with only 4g of RAM, so be prepared to buy additional memory cards. $180 in memory to max it out. This PC package surprised me, A LOT. I've built computers to handle the load that this one can handle out of the box. It's a classically simple rig, but it has everything you need and nothing you don't. I currently have this desktop in my work/living space, working as both entertainment and a work device when I need it. For $600, you are getting a lot of decent power for good money. It runs most anything at 60FPS, but within reason. 16G's of Ram (15.98 usable) allows for some decent memory space for gaming. Overall, the processing power is not remarkable, but again, within reason, this computer will run anything you need. GTAV - on Normal/High settings, you can expect 100FPS at least (not the best example since it's an under-optimized program that is 8 years old, but it's all I play.) Minecraft - Of course it'll run it, haven't tried shaders yet, but everything runs consistently smooth. ... show more

We waited 4 weeks for the pc and when it arrived all seemed great. We were downloading a game and went out of the room for 2 mins. When we returned, the computer was off and would not turn back on. Called customer service and was told to try with a different power cord (which cost was reimbursed for) but it still does nothing. Talked to them again and was told they will have to replace it. When asked how long that would take. Was told “it will take some time”. Meanwhile my son’s christmas present that he already waited an extra month for doesn’t work and now we have no eta on a replacement. Don’t waste your money. ... show more
