  • Great Low Budget Gaming PC
Color: Black
The first picture is of the keyboard and mouse which I thought was awesome that it was included considering the price. The keyboard has LED lights that you can turn on and off which is cool. The second picture is of the Tower. the only downside was that the actual case of the PC was damaged in shipping, but it didn't damage any of the internal components. The inside was clean, and all the parts matched description. I mostly use it to watch YouTube Videos, create content and game, and so far, this thing has been amazing. It runs Minecraft and Fortnite super smooth. I had to slightly turn down settings on Fortnite, but this thing easily runs 60-100 FPS pretty consistently with the right settings. It is awesome for playing Minecraft and I have had 0 issues. Obviously if you are an avid gamer with extremely high expectations and run very demanding games this PC would probably not satisfy your needs. Overall, for the price if you are looking for a low budget upgraded office PC that can run low-moderate demanding games this thing can definitely do that. If you just need an office computer, or a PC for editing and creating content this would be perfect. You would be hard pressed to get a PC that runs this well for anywhere close to this price. The LED lights on the tower itself do not work for me unless I am just not tech savvy enough to figure them out but that was really not important to me, so I didn't factor that into my rating. I just wish FEDEX would have done better on the shipping as my wife had to chase them down because they had the wrong address on their computer. All in all, this would be a great gift for your son or daughter if they play games like Fortnite, Minecraft, and lower end games and you don't want to break the bank. Just closely look over the packaging for any damage from shipping like I stated previously. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone in need of a PC tower on a budget. ... show more

  • Good use of older parts
Color: Black
This computer is a great deal for the price! The motherboard I received was capable of TPM 1.3 and allowed me to install Windows 11 which was something I was concerned about when purchasing. The provided mouse is quite nice, but the keyboard was very flimsy and broke after a week. The only real issue I had with the computer itself was the power supply. The provided PSU was a DELL power supply that uses a proprietary 8-pin connector for the motherboard instead of the normal 24-pin connector. Said DELL power supply had just enough wattage to power the components inside and nothing more. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my computer also came with a CD tray that was completely unplugged (I'm assuming due to the 290W PSU). I managed to get a 24 to 8 pin adapter to put a more powerful power supply in it which allowed me to safely plug in the CD tray and an additional hard drive for storage. The LEDs on the front of the computer are controlled using a remote (like an LED strip) which was a positive for me as I usually struggle with ones that are software-based. I should also mention that I have yet to have issues with the provided USB Bluetooth/Wi-Fi adapter which was something I noticed reviewers having issues with. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap PC for low to mid range gaming. It runs Minecraft quite well and operates quickly and smoothly. ... show more

  • Missing parts, lights don't work. Shuts off constantly
Color: Black
Update: Had the first one replaced, the second one still did not come with a HDMI cable, the RBG lights work, but the computer shuts off after about 5 minutes regardless of what you are doing on it. Did not come with HDMI cable for the monitor as it states it does, it is not factory new as it states. The refurbished excellent criteria does not mean anything, the tower RGB lights do not work. ... show more

  • You get what you pay for
Color: Black
Dell Optiplex 7020 Gaming Desktop PC - Intel Core i7 4th Gen 3.4GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, HDMI, DVI, VGA, New Keyboard, Mouse, Wi-Fi, Windows 10 Professional(Renewed): 4 stars because it is not what is shown nor advertised. The microphone port seems chipped or broken. Luckily I will not be using it. The biggest bummer is the case. The case I got does not have the easy access handle and requires a bit of a headache to open. Nothing I'm not used to 🙄 Also, there is a sticker saying don't use the VGA? I'm using HDMI anyway, but apparently I can't use the VGA. I put the machine to the test playing Steam. Performed well. Lagged pretty bad in demanding areas of the game, but never crashed. Investing in more RAM, might get a new graphics card. Takeaway: you aren't getting what's advertised and it seems to be a luck of the draw ordeal. The PC works fine and presents a few problems that don't hinder it's value in my eyes. I'm kinda bummed about the case 😅 but I got my money's worth. Would buy again. ... show more

  • Definitely recommend for gamers on budget
Color: Black
Bought it to play cheap steam games, upgraded the graphics card to play PCVR games, and it runs every single game I play so smoothly I’m so impressed with it. Better than some higher end PCs not gonna lie.
