  • Great Product Support from Amazon Thanks Jonathan from Amazon
Well when I got the computer the internet or wifi would not work but the computer did work fast and nice looking for the money spent.......I then called Product Support and spoke with Jonathan from Amazon who tried to help me fix the problem we spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to fix it over the phone with me, but he could not fix it so he helped me call Dell support to make sure they could help me so he did a 3 way call to make sure they helped me before he would hang up the call they would not help me with out charging me a fee, so I told them never mind then Jonathan from Product Support with Amazon told me no worries he would send me a replacement and he was sorry and also since do to the coronavirus he would send someone to our office to pick up the old one for us so we don't have to go out, and I would get a replacement in 2 days...Again Great Product Support from Amazon! Thanks Jonathan from Amazon for your caring support! :) ... show more

  • Excellent buy
I was a little cautious about buying a refurbished computer and did some thorough research on this one. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. It was shrink wrapped and boxed no so great. I immediately hooked the machine up and to my surprise, everything went exceptionally well. I read numerous reviews and some were good, some were bad. This machine was everything I was looking or and then some. For those on the fence know this, I took the time to write a review which is something I rarely do. If you are on the fence like I was, DO IT. This is that 1 time where I can honestly say "Money well spent". Actually "Money Well Saved". ... show more

  • Roll the Dice and take your chances
I was looking at several different refurbished computers and decided on this one. I figured what it would cost to get a cheaper one with less memory & storage and it ended up being the same, cost-wise, if I were to buy the parts separately to upgrade it or to buy this one with the items already in it. Having read the other reviews I decided to take a chance on this and ordered it. To start with, this is NOT true HDMI. They are giving you a cheap-o displayport to HDMI adapter that creaks and cracks when you plug in or remove. Buying a one piece adapter cable is what I would recommend. The fewer connections you have to worry about, the fewer things that can go wrong. Start up the computer and it wants the Win 10 key, no problem, sticker is right on top of case. Activated with no issues. Needed an internet connection to complete activation. Take included wifi usb dongle, plug it in and notification says device not recognized. Take mini-disk included with dongle and pop it into dvd drive and... nothing. Press eject, nothing. Use paper clip to eject tray and it works manually. Try 2 more times and same thing. Send message that dvd player doesn't work, they give me a few options, I chose to install a replacement one, provided by them, myself. Arrives in 2 or 3 days and took about 15 minutes to install and dvd drive now works correctly. After everything was set up and running, I started using a wifi usb dongle I already had previously. The one provided with the computer doesn't seem to hold the signal strongly and was dropping connections randomly Everything else seems to be ok for now. With the exception of the hdmi adapter, everything was as specified: memory, disk drive/space, operating system. As my title states, I believe you are taking a chance with this particular type of offering. You may have no issues at all or it may need a bit of tweaking to get it all together. The price point was attractive enough for me to take that chance and I believe it was worth it. Would I do it again? No, I only need 1 computer like this. If I get another computer, it would be for gaming. Otherwise, this makes a decent daily driver of a computer if that's what you're looking for, with enough memory and space to have several tabs and windows open simultaneously. Good Luck and thanks for reading this far ;) ... show more

  • Amazing and helpful
I am a novice when it comes to computers. I figured it would be an easy plug and play. So , it appeared like it doesn't work. That was absolutely not the problem. I called the company. Get this, I got a human right away. Kim walked me through the entire process. Obviously I was frustrated. Kim kindly understood my frustrations and in a calm voice the set up was complete. I'd recommend this seller. Customer service and support are essential. Having a human answer right away was incredible 😀 ... show more

  • Do NOT buy from this company!!!
The first computer didn’t work and had a failing motherboard. After arguing that the tower wouldn’t even recognize the keyboard they agreed to replace it. I had to wait until they received it before they mailed my replacement. When I received my replacement, there was no keyboard, and no mouse and I had to get my own. The "WiFi" is a usb dongle and is not part of the tower. The "HDMI" is an adapter. Neither the first or replacement computer had a 512gb SSD. It was an SSD but was only 480gb. After the formatting partitions and the OS load that only left 401gb. Available to use. They called me from a California number and then argued that they were in Seattle. They tried to convince me that I was wrong about the SSD (I used to build computers) and they wanted to access my system remotely. I do not trust them. I do not recommend them. Provided this computer continues to work it is a nice computer but I do not appreciate the way I’ve been treated or the false advertising. They also operate under 2 different company names on here as per the guys admission that called me but I can’t remember the other name. Something about geeks. Very disappointed overall and need to find some extra storage now. Update: the replacement computer has stopped working. I moved my office to a different room and when I plugged the computer in it began to cycle on and off every few seconds. This company sells trash and now I'm out of a very needed computer. I need one to look for work/use for work, My wife needs one for her schooling and we do not have the money to replace this. Im disgusted. Absolutely disgusted with the all around experience . Run away. Don't look back. Find another company to buy from. You've been warned! ... show more
