I used my first adhesive on day seven of my first FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor. The sensor alone is stable in the spot I'm using, however adding the adhesive today made me realize this is a practical and inexpensive safeguard from bumping and dislodging the sensor. I haven't had concerns about water, but only because I'm not used to wearing it yet and forget it's there until I dry off and scramble to the app to make sure it's still working. So this is a good addition to this new routine of monitoring my blood sugar. Those sensors are expensive even with insurance, so it's a great investment.

Noisy:instead of a nice, contouring cover that flexes with your movements, this product is more like a crinkly cellophane with adhesive. Uncomfortable: as you move your arm, the edges scratch into the surrounding areas. Not a good fit = not waterproof. If you put it on with your arm flexed, it has open wrinkles at rest. Same if done vice versa. I absolutely would never recommend this cover to anyone. Plus, it’s non-returnable….

So I've had these for a while to cover my CGM sensor. At first, everything was great. But recently, it's been irritating my skin. I cannot fault the manufacturer for this, so don't get me wrong. It does what it advertises. I've only had a few wrinkle too much on application. They last a few days to a week or so, depending on how often you shower or how aggressively you run into things. But if you have sensitive skin, just be aware.

I'm also allergic to regular KT tape, so it's really unlikely that most people will have this issue. It took weeks for my skin to go back to normal in appearance, but it wasn't bad enough for me to realize until after I removed it.

Usually I order the covers that seem like big round bandaids for my wife. Decided to give these a try and my wife absolutely loves them. They are easy to apply and are very flexible. She also doesn't have any problems with them not staying stuck for the full 2 weeks and they don't leave any residue when removed. They are now a permanent staple in our Amazon cart.
