Good so far. Does not seem to be a lot of bloatware installed. It started up with no problems and I was able to configure it more or less like I want. Dealing with Windows is getting to be a pain. It is quiet. I was able to connect a printer by Wifi and an set of headphones by Bluetooth with no problems. Got online with no problems. It came with a keyboard and mouse which I did not expect. Dell's warranty service is terrible. My desktop computer (ordered from Amazon) failed after about 11 months. It was well within the warranty date, but the hoops they make you go through are designed to make you give up. After finally doing all the tests they asked me to do they assigned me a service # and said I would be contacted within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went with no response. After back and forth emails assuring me that I was going to be notified with further instructions communications just stopped.
