I bought this computer for school, not for gaming. It is perfect for my needs. The speed and memory are right where I need them to be. There was a slight problem with the sound, but the customer service is outstanding. I thought I would have to wait days for an answer, but within a few hours of me sending a message to them, we were working on the problem. Unfortunately, we could not fix it via email messages, or phone calls. I have sent back the computer, and I am waiting for the replacement. I will update this review as we go. I purchased this refurbished unit for home use. I came with everything you need to get started, and you can't complain about the very low price but... The unit I received has a power-on issue. It won't boot unless I hold the power button in while plugging the unit in. The mouse that came with it was the worst I have ever seen, and the keyboard is not much better, but that's what you get for the low low price. I cannot believe the shape of this item sent to me. In no way possible was this item refurbished and like new. This thing looks absolutely beat up, is not properly sealed and it turned on one time and since then has not turned on again. The one time we were able to set it up it was beyond slow, as in a web browser took over a minute to load. There is no on board WiFi so you have to use an adapter which makes connecting to the internet absolutely cruel and pointless. There is also no hdmi, so you’ll need to use an adapter for that as well. I was looking for something cheap for my child to use, but this is not okay at all. After initially setting it up we turned it off to updated and reset, and now the monitor is no longer connecting or being picked up by this thing. I’m embarrassed to even look inside, I can only imagine what is going on in there. This is the one purchase I will forever regret. ... show more

It was defective right out of the box. One monitor port doesn't work at all and the other cuts on and off until if finally just cuts off. Trying to get a replacement.

I am very happy with the computer, not very happy with Amazon. Have some clothing I need to return because it doesn't fit well. Ordered ink for printer that I NEVER received. They want me to print my own return label from my e-mail, which I can NOT do because I NEVER received my ink, from 3 MONTHS ago & Amazon isn't doing anything about it. ... show more

My hard drive on my old computer went out and the experts could not save anything on my hard drive, I found this computer package and bought it. It was only 5 days and it arrived scratch free. Very good heavy duty box and the soft padding that was inside protected everything. I now have a 1terra byte hard drive, 16 ram, windows 10 pro, a lighted keyboard )red keys) that has a nice mouse with it, and a terrific 24 inch monitor that adjust up and down and side to side.
