I purchased this refurbished desktop computer for home use. I have a tablet and of course a smart phone, but there are some things that you just can't do on anything other than a desktop. I was especially attracted to this unit by the price, and the fact that it came with everything, including a 24" display. It was advertised as WI-FI ready, but for some reason I couldn't get on the internet. I contacted their customer service group, and the tech talked me through some trouble shooting steps. When those didn't work, he directed me to a USB WI-FI adapter, and refunded me the price of the adapter off the purchase price of the computer. I got the adapter, and I was able to sign on to the internet, and connect to my printer, immediately. I use a similar computer at work, so I'm familiar with how it functions, and it came equipped with Windows 10 also. ... show more

This was a waste of money because the monitor said it cannot connect to the Pc and no others monitor worked with it, no signal and no connection. because it's refurbished I believed it didn't get fixed right and what's upsetting is I'm in the Caribbean so I cant send it back.

The computer was great but the keyboard and mouse came damaged from shipping. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and she didn't want to send it back or wait for the damaged items to be delivered so she bought a new one. Edit: The original monitor i received was indeed defective(DOA) but when I contacted the company regarding this, and they finally replied, they were extremely quick to handle the situation, and sent a brand new replacement monitor which works flawlessly . Very wonderful to work with and I’ll be purchasing from them again in the near future! Thank you, STG… y’all are wonderful to work with. Original: Packaging is in perfect condition so item was handled with care by shipping agent. But something isn’t right. The Monitor does not power on, whether connected to PC or not. Monitor DOA. PC works perfectly connected to my very old monitor, but nothing works to get new monitor to turn on. Plus i hear a clunking noise like something inside the plastic casing is rolling around when i move the monitor. Will change rating if monitor is replaced. Tried every measure to contact seller to no avail as of yet. I WANT A REPLACEMENT MONITOR. I paid for 2 year plan…what good is it?? STG USA …PLEASE contact me! I’ve emailed you, called customer support and tried to reach you through Amazon itself. This slow response time isn’t good business. PC itself is wonderful. There are numerous things that I am very pleased about this purchase. 1) Arrived ahead of schedule 2) Ease of Setup. I had no issues getting windows configured 3) Speed of computer and how fast it boots up 4) It is very quiet. You do not even hear it running. 5) Price. I can't believe that I got such a nice computer for so little money There are a couple things that I was not so pleased about but not enough to ding the rating. 1) No batteries for keyboard or mouse. Since I had no batteries at home, I had use an old plugin keyboard and mouse for the setup 2) The monitor, keyboard and mouse are not of the highest quality. But I guess you can't expect much when you pay so little. ... show more

Well worth the investment. Easy to install. Only wish the keyboard and mouse were seperate. Personally like individual keyboard and mouse. However the equipment provided works very well.
