    • Whew! I almost returned this and would have so regretted it!
Two things: 1) know your technology when you purchase. I opened the case and didn't see a SSD or HDD drive attached to the sides - because things are more compact now, it was on the motherboard. My bad. The installed SSD is super fast and a rock solid 1T in size. Windows 11 Pro is great so far. 2) I was delighted that I could add my own internal HDD via SATA connectors. This doubled my storage capacity. Another PLUS: this is the fastest and quietest PC I have ever owned (and I built some with parts in the past that were pretty good, too, but not this good).     • DO NOT BUY! No native Wi-Fi? No Bluetooth??? No wireless!
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE FROM AN UNAUTHORIZED DELL SELLER. (Scroll down to my update for details.) 1. This computer does not seem faster or better than the 7 year old Dell I replaced because it finally died. 2. It's fine and does (almost) everything I need it to. 3. It does not have WiFi native to the machine. It comes with a WiFi / usb device you plug in so you have WiFi 6e. 4. THERE IS NO BLUETOOTH?! What kind of modern device doesn't have bluetooth? I just discovered this today. It is weeks after the return window closed. If I had realized this before, coupled with the other points, I would have returned it. I can't connect my wireless ear buds to this. It's so ridiculous. I would definitely not buy this again. I would NOT recommend it, unless you're someone who 100% knows you'll never need bluetooth.... I now need to search to see if there's ANOTHER device I need to buy so I can use wireless headphones with this thing. I am flabbergasted. UPDATE (requested by the seller): The seller allowed me to return this machine + provided a full refund after they saw this review. For that, they get 5 stars. For everything else, they get 0 stars. HOWEVER, here is the additional info on this machine + seller. When restarting thy machine, I regularly got an error message that it did not start properly. (RED FLAG for a brand new machine.) I did a Dell update. Then my wifi did not work. I tried everything I knew to do. I ended up having to reach out to Dell support. At this point, I learned that the machine is registered to the United Arab Emirates (in in the US, and the machine was shipped from the US): Massive red flag + the last straw with this machine. I immediately stopped trusting it. I knew I would be returning it because I was never going to use it again. While on the phone with Dell tech support, I learned I did not buy a machine directly from Dell (although I found this particular machine on Amazon from what LOOKED like an official Dell Amazon store). AMAZON: TAKE ACTION ON THIS! This is not an authorized seller. The tech rep told me this is an ongoing problem, that people are buying from unauthorized sellers.     • Fast machine. WiFi slow, no Blue Tooth included.
The machine is excellent. Good price after $150 discount applied. Very fast performance with ethernet connection and SSD drive. WiFi is a USB dongle that comes with it, not internal. It's much slower than Ethernet. I was disappointed to find it did not have Blue Tooth already installed. I have ordered another USB dongle for that.     • Good Device; Missing WiFi adapter
Got the product at the UPS store, as it needed to be signed for. NBD, but important to start with that. All the internals are exactly what I ordered and will totally work for my purposes. WD Green and Teamgroup RAM; not amazing, but not trash brands. However, I did not find a WiFi adapter in the box (or machine for that matter). I'm planning on using ethernet anyway, but this is something to seriously think about if you plan to purchase from this seller. It did come with the keyboard and mouse. I'm not sure why the seller did not put the adapter in a baggie and tape it in with the mouse. USB dongles are notoriously easy to lose. Therefore, 3 stars. Caveat emptor, but don't be dissuaded if you don't need WiFi. Update 5 March 2025: “Seller” keeps sending emails from a non-corporate email. While I respect restitution for issues above, I can’t trust every Tanmuy who emails using a Gmail. Use Amazon as the go between, not a personal email. ... show more

    • Fast, quiet and easy to use
Very fast computer. It doesn't have on-board WIFI but comes with a WIFI dongle. It also does not have Bluetooth capabilities but an inexpensive Bluetooth dongle takes care of that. Seller is beyond professional, patient and helpful. Their customer service is excellent - they helped me immensely with my computer purchase and treated me with the upmost respect. ... show more

    • System was Not New
This computer arrived with an existing warranty that had been activated in June 2024 in Dubai, UAE. Looking at Windows updates confirmed that some updates had been installed in June. I received the system from Amazon in October 2024 to my Texas address and thought I was getting a completely new system but apparently not. I suggest that everyone who orders one of these check the system out thoroughly before connecting it to the Internet to make sure it is truly new.
