newest edit: I am giving this a five star due to the best customer service - all issues resolved. Ryan was excellent and made sure everything got situated! Original post: I knew this was a roll of the dice going in, refurbished anything always is - but aside from the small tower sounding like a jet engine upon start up (it does quiet all the way down once it gets running), and the speaker that came with this not working correctly, giving off a static hiss every time you touched the volume button and keeping a fuzzy sound throughout any youtube video, I'm still gonna give this bundle four stars. My son did warn me that I'll be lucky if it lasts me a year, but time will tell (I'll update if it conks out in a few months, which is his guesstimate.) I had some speakers already on hand to replace the non-functioning ones with, so that wasn't too big of a deal - and the computer works fine enough for what I do online, which isn't much/doesn't take a lot of "power" to do - not a gamer, just an online surfer (re: news, email, youtube videos, online card games.) The monitor, keyboard and mouse are all great/excellent. And the system came a day early and was packaged well. I'm doing this review after utilizing this system for about a week now - seems to be a decent setup and I'm glad I took the chance. As they say, your mileage may vary. They have phone support for setup I read in one of the reviews, but I didn't end up needing it - had it put together and online, up and running in under an hour. I suspect the monitor will be in my life long after the tower conks, because this screen is one of the biggest and best I've ever owned (which is comical to my computer savvy children who own monitor screens the size of big screen televisions) Happy I took the chance - got lucky, maybe, or perhaps this company really does just try to send out decent products, based on reviews and my personal experience, they do seem to be trying to operate a fair and honest refurbished computer business. ... show more

I will never buy a refurbished computer again. Everything was wrong with it. The monitor wouldn't connect. The keyboard and the mouse wouldn't connect. It kept overheating and shutting down. I used it for 3 days before deciding I could not do it anymore. This is not a money saver. I bought a new mouse and a new controller because I thought something was wrong with the one they gave me. No, those didn't connect well either. Tried wired ones. Tried Bluetooth. Nothing. Monitor was rickety. And I was about to buy a new one. The seams wouldn't come together. Garbage. This was also dirty, but I know computer techs so I just had no problem wiping it down. I will never ever buy a refurbished model again. ... show more

The computer it's self works VERY well it's a Dell. There was NO cable to hookup the monitor to the computer. I bought a HDI cable. No speaker came with it as pictured in the ad. I bought one. The keyboard and mouse are very low quality. I replaced them with some with better quality. The monitor works although not very good quality. I purchased a new Dell monitor. The bottom line is you're buying a really good used Dell computer that looks and works like new. Which by it's self is a good deal. Purchased 4 used desktops in the past from various vendors and had nothing but good luck with them. I know it's a hit or miss for some. With a little knowledge of computer helps if you're planning on buying used. Cause it might not be a smooth sailing right out of the box. This one will be a replacement since Windows 10 will end its support soon. I think it's a very good deal. With 32GB of RAM, 512GB M2 SSD, 24" Dell monitor, USB mouse and Keyboard the whole set exhibit no defects, can't go wrong specs wise, but it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped though during initial setup. Windows 11 file must have been corrupted can only installed half way through. Contacted seller and got a prompt response (on weekend). Did couple steps per recommendation but it didn't work. Copy of Windows 11 was sent out along with installation steps instruction and got the PC up and running in no time. I wish it came with Display port cable instead of VGA. I had to flip my house upside down looking for display port cable. Also description stated that it has blue tooth. Got no blue tooth dongle along with it. Monitor got Display port and DVI but the desktop only got Display port, HDMI. Other than that I'm pretty happy once I got it running. Windows 11 boot up in 15 seconds after I push the power button. I'm impressed, what a difference M.2 Nvme SSD drive made in term of speed. Will never buy brand new PC again. ... show more

I bought this computer for my 13 year old daughter. This computer has beautiful graphics, speed, processing, sound, and supports her multiple gaming needs. She runs Planet Zoo, Wolf Quest, Minecraft, Call of The Wild The Hunter and Roblox and the computer handles all of this plus social media very well. I personally fell in love with the sound bar and kept this for myself. 😂👌 Overall 10 out of 10 purchase. I'd recommend this for any parents who has a kid who games for HOURS. My daughter is using a wireless keyboard and mouse that we already had, but the included keyboard and mouse are very nice quality. We bought a plug in headset for her, as her duel Bluetooth headset wouldn't connect with this computer without sound issues. The plug in headset works fabulously, plus I don't have to hear animals calls and gunshots late at night, so I'm grateful. 😆😉🙌 ... show more

I thought it was Windows 11 Pro until I started receiving a prompt to upgrade (I should have checked the specs) . Everything works fine but now it says that it does not meet the requirements to upgrade it to Windows 11.
