This computer is really nice - I like the keyboard, the screen size, the memory, the way it works so quickly; it's a fast little laptop. The only problem I'm having is the battery. Once I turn the computer on in minutes the battery warning comes up and tells me it it very low. At first it would turn off the computer, but we changed the settings so now I just get the warning and can keep on working because I leave it plugged in all the time. We even tried a new battery and brick, but have the same problem. To be honest, I think this is the last time I will buy a reconditioned laptop - I even found cat hair on the screen and keyboard when I opened it the first time - and I'm allergic to cats! Also, for some reason my SD card reader doesn't work - no biggie but still. ... show more

    • Battery issues
The big issue I have detected so far with the device I bought is that the battery dies even when the device is turned off. Diagnose is still going on

    • Little more scuffed and worn than advertised
Bought two, one had a fingerprint scanner the other didnt which there was no mention of at all in the ad or description. One was severely scuffed and damaged with sharpie used to color in the massive scuffs, one the screen was loose at the attachment hinges and wouldnt latch properly. Both had incorrect settings and needed updated drivers for display adapters to stop screen flicker. Battery life is short due to them being a used unit, would like to have had a new battery for the cost. Other than those issues the screens and keyboards are free from scratches or wear marks. ... show more

    • Software Issue?
The laptop arrived quickly and in pristine condition. It looked, smelled, and appeared to be brand new. I was extremely happy. About a week into using it, it started shutting down without notice. Rebooting restored it to where it had been when it shut down. I've run all the diagnostics and it shows as working correctly. No overheating or battery problem. I've updated bios/drivers and Windows but it still does it about once a day. I should have returned it but didn't and will now live with this quirk. ... show more

    • It's not a good buy
I thought I was making a good purchase, but I was wrong. The screen image was upside down and there is a problem with the battery. Some Windows functions are not available.
