I was disappointed because it would have been a good buy. However, I purchased it to use as a wireless hotspot for my house, so i needed it to stay on all day. (I changed all the settings as appropriate, but they did not seem to work properly.) Returned for an HP model which I've been happy with.

Laptop looked clean and had very few blemishes. Received it on time and in safe packaging. I had an issue with the WiFi not staying connected but the customer service rep was very nice and helpful.     • Not cleaned up
The laptop looked like it wasn’t cleaned up as much as I though. Was dirty and I had to wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe to remove prior food debris.

This laptop was slow from the start and would get hot almost immediately upon turning it on. After about half an hour of typing (typing, not streaming) it would get overheated and shut itself off. In less then a month it froze up completely and I got the blue screen of death.
