Product worked very well, packaged well, delivered on time and a good price point. I am very pleased with this product. I did want to increase the size and speed of the nvme ssd. Unfortunately, I did have an issue and was not able to install the new drive (seating problem with the ssd slot). Bought this laptop for school and it has been able to get me through without crashing. It’s worth more than what I paid for. Doesn’t heat up . The storage is good too.
