Product worked very well, packaged well, delivered on time and a good price point. I am very pleased with this product. I did want to increase the size and speed of the nvme ssd. Unfortunately, I did have an issue and was not able to install the new drive (seating problem with the ssd slot). Very happy with this laptop. Not so sure how much I like windows 11 but the laptop works well, exceeded my expectations. Can't beat it for the price. Lightweight, smaller than I expected, speed is real good, no problem locking up or being sluggish. Value for the price is very good.
